Their service rep also got KTM to warranty something on a bike 6 years out of warranty, how he did that is magic. Have had multiple friends purchase directly from them without issues. I just wish they could dealer trade and get me a special Yamaha because no way anyone should be walking into or near a ride now.

Daniel also replaced headlight and ran USB cord while the tank was off. They usually do not work on bikes older than 10 years. They took care of me because the bike is in excellent shape. I was able to supply all the parts needed except for the carburetor parts. Luckily they were able to get those still. Bike purrs like a kitten now. Daniel did great work! Fabian and the rest of the Service crew were amazing. The bike was there for more than a minute. I appreciate everyone involved for their customer service and work ethic. This place has a huge selection of bikes. Kawasaki, KTM, Gas Gas, Triumph, and more. Plenty of clothing, gear and accessories for you and your UTV/motorcycle needs. Definitely check out this place if you are looking for a new bike, UTV or service. Well worth the 1+ hour ride for us. Now I have to decide if I still want to sell this bike or keep it. First off they couldn't even find the VIN on it, I found it for them. Then they came back and told us over 4k that was including fees and tried to add a $500 freight fee saying they had to ship it in when it was a trade in, it wasn't shipped. When we told him what we paid for two brand new ones at ride now he tried to tell us we were wrong and there was absolutely no way we could have paid that. We paid less for a brand new quad than what they were trying to sell us for a 6 year old used one that had scratches, wear and tear and a tear in the seat. So make sure you really do your research before you try to buy from here. RIDE NOW is cheaper for the same if not higher engine power.

Front of me and rode over it at 80 mph. They saw me quickly and got me back on the road fast ahead of everyone due to the nature of my ride. 1,600+ miles in 30 hours. Even borrowed a brake crush washer off another bike trade-in so they can get me back on the road and order a new one for the other bike. I had lost my rear brake due to the brake crush washer breaking when I hit the tread and dumped out all the rear brake fluid. Service team did a thorough safety check for other damage. I will see you guys in 3 weeks when I make the same run to ride with my brother to Arizona bike week.
