Just got my indian FTR 1200 R Carbon, was very happy with the bike and the price.
Shervin M.

I couldn't find the bike I wanted in los angeles but I saw they had extensive inventory at this dealership. So I drove to Tuscon and I wasn't disappointed. They are very experienced in out of state registration and can even ship the bike. (however I wanted to check it in person). Awesome dealership. I've been to many dealers but non of them were as respectful, honest and reliable as this one. Sergei was patient and extensively knowledgeable about the bikes and inventory. helped me find the perfect bike and took me on well tailored test rides. Their whole team is up to the same caliber. I can't recommend them enough!

I recently bought my first bike and absolutely love it. Francisco and Anthony really helped put this deal together and couldn't be happier. I didn't know what to expect for my first time buying a bike but being in a customer service focused job myself, they killed it. Thanks guys!

Riding the AT in the Sierra Foothills. 3K mile this last year

I'm late in my review, having purchased a used Honda Africa Twin AS last year from Indian Motorcycle in Tucson. But I'd be remiss if I didn't express my appreciation for the courteous and professional manner in which Erik Bezila, Maverick Hand, and crew handled the transaction. I live approx 750 miles from the dealer, so the evaluation, negotiation, and purchase all needed to be done remotely. I traveled down from Norcal with a trailer, and folks were incredibly helpful consummating the deal and getting me back on the road. There was a minor issue after-the-fact with the AZ-CA title transfer, which Indian MC-Tucson handled promptly and efficiently. While I was waiting to leave, they even hit me up with some cool swag! I perused their line of Indians, and I swear, if I switch back from adventure bikes to a cruiser, I will be hitting them up again. In summary, I LOVED the service and attention to detail, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone, even those from out of state. Cheers.

I came to Indian of Tucson for a specific used motorcycle, and I was treated like a Chief. I've been riding a long time and am very impressed by the genuine people who work here. It is clear that they are knowledgeable and enjoy the sport as much as I do. You will find no tricks here.. no upsales and no gimmicks. The group of riders who run this shop are the real deal. I couldn't be happier with my ride, and these guys made it fun to boot! Thanks to Sergei, Myles snd the entire crew.. I hope to see you again.

2021 Kawasaki Ninja
Ryn F.

I purchased a used 2021 Kawasaki Ninja from these guys. Very beautiful, great price. They worked with me to find a good deal on a loan and they even threw in a couple of t-shirts! I was very impressed with these guys and will definitely be returning to add to the collection. Sergei is a very friendly salesman, not pushy, very likable guy, great customer service! Then there's Maverick, the manager. Very friendly guy as well, very cool. Thanks guys!

my experience with Indian Motorcycle in Tucson was awesome. I ordered a new Chief Sport, Erik Bezila and Maverick Hand helped me along the way with every question, call, modifications request, they really made it easy. I got the best customer service, thank you guys for hooking me up and making this happen. I will tell my friends and definitely be back again!

Day 1 with my sweet new Scout!
Donn D.

I have an earlier review of this place so this is really an update. After 13 months I am sorry to say I just couldn't get used to the Scout. It was just too light and nimble for me, more of a sports bike feel to it than a cruiser. It's strange to say I know, but if you can't get used to it or feel comfortable on it than the bike is just no fun so I decided to sell it. Rather than dealing with the hassle and uncertainly of a private sale I decided to sell it back to the dealer knowing I was going to take a hit. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me the high end value of KBB value without haggling or trying to low ball me. They were understanding rather than condescending or trying to push me into another bike, a real delight to work with which is rare in a motorcycle shop these days. Props to Matt Allen in finance and the entire team here. I still definitely recommend this shop if you are looking to pick up an Indian. Thanks guys.

2016 Chieftain. Great Bike, Great customer service!
R-unit K.

Not only did I get the bike of my dreams, the customer service I experienced was incredible. In fact, from my initial phone call to Matt telling him what I want to spend, and he working me the best deal he could. Then my driving from Phoenix to Tucson to complete the transaction with the wonderful people at the dealership, this was hands down the best buying experience I have ever received. This Indian dealership is hands down the best in Arizona. They were worth the drive, and worth the money for the bike because their premium customer service matches and almost out performed my new Indian Chieftain. Thanks Matt and team,

Pre-Owned 2020 Indian Scout Bobber

Overall, a great experience from when I walked in the door to when I left. I walked out of there with a pre-owned 2020 Indian Scout Bobber. Erik was the salesman in charge and he walked me through the entire process and gave me a fair price and offer. He was a straight shooter and didn't fluff or hide anything during our conversation. He gave me a very fair price for the bike and it was hard to not walk away from it. As a first time owner of a bike, I would 10/10 recommend going to this store as they treat you professionally, fairly, and are very welcoming to enhance your riding experience regardless of experience level.

Their service rep also got KTM to warranty something on a bike 6 years out of warranty, how he did that is magic. Have had multiple friends purchase directly from them without issues. Daniel also replaced headlight and ran USB cord while the tank was off. They usually do not work on bikes older than 10 years. They took care of me because the bike is in excellent shape. I was able to supply all the parts needed except for the carburetor parts. Luckily they were able to get those still. Bike purrs like a kitten now. Daniel did great work! Fabian and the rest of the Service crew were amazing. The bike was there for more than a minute. I appreciate everyone involved for their customer service and work ethic. This place has a huge selection of bikes. Kawasaki, KTM, Gas Gas, Triumph, and more. Plenty of clothing, gear and accessories for you and your UTV/motorcycle needs. Definitely check out this place if you are looking for a new bike, UTV or service. Well worth the 1+ hour ride for us. Now I have to decide if I still want to sell this bike or keep it. I am the second owner and it has just over 3,000 on the odometer. Yes 3,000.
