A few years ago, they really saved my hide. I was riding from San Antonio TX to Fresno CA straight through. I was riding behind a semi that threw a tire tread I. Front of me and rode over it at 80 mph. They saw me quickly and got me back on the road fast ahead of everyone due to the nature of my ride. 1,600+ miles in 30 hours. Even borrowed a brake crush washer off another bike trade-in so they can get me back on the road and order a new one for the other bike. I had lost my rear brake due to the brake crush washer breaking when I hit the tread and dumped out all the rear brake fluid. Service team did a thorough safety check for other damage. I'm late in my review, having purchased a used Honda Africa Twin AS last year from Indian Motorcycle in Tucson. But I'd be remiss if I didn't express my appreciation for the courteous and professional manner in which Erik Bezila, Maverick Hand, and crew handled the transaction. I live approx 750 miles from the dealer, so the evaluation, negotiation, and purchase all needed to be done remotely. I traveled down from Norcal with a trailer, and folks were incredibly helpful consummating the deal and getting me back on the road. There was a minor issue after-the-fact with the AZ-CA title transfer, which Indian MC-Tucson handled promptly and efficiently. While I was waiting to leave, they even hit me up with some cool swag! I perused their line of Indians, and I swear, if I switch back from adventure bikes to a cruiser, I will be hitting them up again. I was offered a new Indian Challenger from Sergei at below MSRP. I got my trade evaluated and worked a deal. Myles contacted me and was working out the details with the GM. I asked to put a deposit on the bike to hold it. I was told the deal is still being worked. I later called about the bike to see what the hold up was only to find someone was test riding it. This dealership has no customer or service or customer loyalty. There are several Indian dealers close by, please use them and avoid the headache of bad customer service. read more

I have an earlier review of this place so this is really an update. After 13 months I am sorry to say I just couldn't get used to the Scout. It was just too light and nimble for me, more of a sports bike feel to it than a cruiser. It's strange to say I know, but if you can't get used to it or feel comfortable on it than the bike is just no fun so I decided to sell it. Rather than dealing with the hassle and uncertainly of a private sale I decided to sell it back to the dealer knowing I was going to take a hit. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when they offered me the high end value of KBB value without haggling or trying to low ball me. They were understanding rather than condescending or trying to push me into another bike, a real delight to work with which is rare in a motorcycle shop these days. I bought it back. They aligned the drive belt. Took it home to Chandler and it started up again. I again brought it back. They looked it over and said everything looks good. They decided to ride it again and the squeezing returned. They checked my warranty, not covered. This is the THIRD time I went to Indian Motorcycles dealer in Tucson on Oracle Rd. I went there with the intent to buy either a Springfield or a Springfield Dark Horse motorcycle. Eric, one of the better salesmen around, greeted me like I was family. I asked for an informal offer for my trade (2020 Harley Davidson Road King Special 114). Got 2 offers on those two aforementioned motorcycles. I asked the Finance mngr if he could give me 20 thousand for my trade and he replied: "Yeah I think I can do that" couple minutes later he came out of his office and presented me with the printout that had a trade in value of $18 some thousand for my trade. In addition he stated that the rates would go up since it was the last day of April, and told me that he will ask for a 5,99% against the Indian Motorcycles Company's advertised rate of 3,99%. Also there was a weird charge of $1200 for "other Charges". Now you know why those dealers are bringing the Indian MoCo aaaaaand Polaris down in sales, because of these people!!!!! I don't feel comfortable with the said dealership because I lost the trust of even having my "future motorcycle" serviced there... read more

Man what can I say about this place expect stay away! I came in for their demo day looking to upgrade from my current bike. I do ride a sportbike but was looking to branch out and get a different kind. After showing and signing all paperwork I decided to walk around the show room, but instead of being asked if I need help, I was just followed around by a female employee who watched me. I thought it was maybe a coincidence, until I started to hover one area and then another, yet magically she was always there looking at me. After demoing a few bikes I decided to walk in and ask someone about the new FTR 1200. I was pretty much ignored and spent my time walking around waiting, and guess who was there to watch and not help!!?? After this I decided to just leave. I guess if you don't fit what they decided as, "their client" they sent care. The kicker after all this was I got an E-mail that started with, "Dear (customer name)". No joke that's what it was, can't even but the person's name in the E-mail. If that's how they treat everyone, I won't buy a bike and most definitely don't want them working on mine!!! read more

I ordered a part for in state delivery thinking it would be faster than out of state boy was I wrong..I paid 55$ to have an 87$ part Nextday Air and it didnt show up for 10days..I ordered it 2 Weeks ago and recieved it yesturday...they never sent it by fed ex which I paid extra for it came by ups and they sat of my part until wednesday when I ordered it Friday and it didnt come in till Monday after next monday...Ive gone rounds with ups and they never charged yall for expedited delivery yet I paid full price for fed ex when it came standard ups amd late as yall sat on my part all weekend and half the week...I called to speak to management and they are too busy to answer my calls too busy to call me back and to shiasty to return any of my calls or my shipping...Over all the Parts guy Andrew is Awesome..as for management they are scamers and shady business doers...I wont be buying any Motorcycles from these Clowns as they have no reserves for shining me and charging me extra ducking me and being shady....Sorry not Sorry yall charged me 55$ for a 10$ shipping service youd better believe Ill be telling the local M.C.s and Brothers NOT TO DEAL WITH YALL its to bad we all love Indians and will going going somewhere else and yes Ive been in your store this my home town dealer but Ill be shopping else where thanks for letting me know on a cheap purchase that yall cant be trusted. read more

Overall, a great experience from when I walked in the door to when I left. I walked out of there with a pre-owned 2020 Indian Scout Bobber. Erik was the salesman in charge and he walked me through the entire process and gave me a fair price and offer. He was a straight shooter and didn't fluff or hide anything during our conversation. I went for the demo ride, thinking on possible getting the new Challenger, after the demo I liked the bike so I figured lets see what they had to offer for my trade and how low can we go for the Challenger limited. After some negotiations we came up with a price for the Challenger 20,000 and 13,500 on my trade in a bit low but I figured 20,000 for the Challenger cool. The figures I received were great pay off my bike and a great price on the Challenger , it was late on Friday so we could not contact my bank for a true payoff balance on the 2017 Harley Road glide, so we had to wait till Saturday to finish business. Before I left I asked the salesman so the 20,000 was tax title and License out the door he replied yes, I ask a few more questions than asked again about the figures and nothing was going to be added to the price again he replied no and I had a witness their with me. When they got the true figures from my bank for the payoff they said come on down to finalize everything. Upon going through paper work with the finance guy, the price for the Challenger was the same trade in was in my favor but than they added the pay off on my trade to the total price of the Challenger ,so basically I was giving them my bike and adding 12,000 to the total of the Challenger, no way I was doing that when they would turn around and sell the Road glide for $16,000 to $18,000,so basically I would be paying for both bikes and only having 1 I don't know If they thought they would get something over on me or what because I am a women, the finance guy was like well we have to add the pay off price to make money I will never go to this stealer ship again. would not give them any stars but have too to make a review In my book a negative number would be better. read more
