My children typically have had good experiences at Dr. Bee's, but the front desk made a huge error inputting treatment plan instructions into the computer. I signed and paid for 2 traditional fillings. The front desk put stainless crowns in for the dentist. During the procedure I noticed the dentist pull out silver crowns and I immediately told her to stop. I showed my receipt and signed treatment plan indicating standard fillings. By the time I intervened they already shaved down too much of my child's teeth to provide standard fillings. They did switch the silver crowns for the white crowns, but now my child has two huge, obviously fake teeth in his mouth for the next 8-10 years. The front desk secretary apologized, but that does not fix the issue they have created. I'm incredibly disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and careless mistake made here. If you do bring your children here, make sure to review treatment plans before any dentist takes any tools to your children's mouth. read more

Avoid this place. They told me my daughter needed a procedure done to strengthen her teeth and that's it's fully covered by my insurance. I asked twice are they secure about this. They said yes! We go back i today for her 6 month cleaning appointment and guess what? We have a balance for the previous procedure because they insurance wouldn't cover it. Why didn't they cover it? Because it can only be done once every 3 years. The front desk attendant clearly saw that information and they knew when they did the procedure that it wouldn't be covered by our insurance. I've heard they have done this to other people as well. Sounds like insurance fraud to me. Avoid these people. read more

Dr Dani was amazing, we found Dr. Bee's office after a bad experience at another dentist. They were so helpful, all of the staff is wonderful and take the time to explain to the parents and reassure the child, they speak directly to the child and explain what is going on and what the expectations are. The office even took the time to get the pre-treatment authorization through my insurance so that we knew the exact amount of the procedure and had no surprises. Dr Dani evaluated my sons teeth and gave me options for the treatment, offering both the option of anesthesia or nitrous. I cannot speak highly enough of this office!!! read more

We used to drive 1 hr and 20 minutes one-way to take my 4 year old son here because they accept his insurance and they seemed to care about kids. However, I started to get the sense that this place is all about the money. They recommended 6 crowns, 2 pulpotomies, and multiple fillings for my son, which seemed excessive to me. We eventually agreed to begin treatment over a span of 4 separate appointments. We took him in for his first of the 4 appointments. After driving nearly 90 minutes and getting stuck in traffic, they refused to see him for being 3 minutes late past the 10 minute grace period. We even had actually called in on the way to the office to let them know we would be a few minutes late, but they did not care. The stress of having to put my son through all of this was bad enough, and since they aren't open on weekends, taking time off work to drive there that morning to be denied had my wife crying in the lobby, and they did not care one bit. They claimed to be "too busy" to see my son, even though the lobby was completely empty. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I informed them that I wouldn't be rescheduling and that I'd never come back if they refused to see my son that day, but as I said, they did not care. It has been several weeks and the office has not reached out to us, nor do I expect them to. In the meantime, we have taken my son to get a 2nd opinion, and his new pediatric dentist only recommended 2 crowns and said they may not even be necessary if he is able to just fill them. Dr. Bee wanted to do 6 crowns and even recommended IV sedation, which would've cost an additional $700+ not covered by insurance. That is a huge difference in treatment plans! Thank God they refused to see my son that day because it ended up being a blessing in disguise to our family. The doctor would never spend more than a few minutes with you anyway and was always in a rush. I never felt like he wanted to take the time to explain anything or make you feel comfortable. All of the patients are seen together in one big room without any walls or privacy curtains as well, which I think was just a way to save money for the company. Take your business elsewhere where they actually care about their customers. This place is all about the money! read more

Terrible waiting times. Anytime I come here I wait almost a hour before getting called back. The staff acts like oh well screw your time. They also rush when they FINALLY come into your exam room. Also every tooth they have capped on all three of my children's teeth have had to be pulled at the end of the day. Bad experienced. The waiting times are ridiculous. Dr. Bee didn't greet or take a look at the paper about my girl. She's 5 yrs old and very nervous. The nurse didn't say what's her name or says what to do with my girl. Barely speak English but I know she's Spanish. They talked in Spanish while we were there. My girl was crying didn't know what's he gonna do. We waited 50 minutes. The nurse put nitrous oxide my girl about 20 minutes or more she didn't come back about My girl didn't feel comfortable and cried because her nose stuffy. she can't breath so I go out to ask for the nurse. She came back I asked how long she have to stay on? She said it stay as long Dr Bee performance on her. Then I asked how long we have to wait for DrBee said say a few more minutes. But actually not a few minutes you know that already if you've been here. Finally another 10 minutes or so DR Bee came in. So she stay on 30 minutes on gas mask I lost count Didn't greet or notices my girl is crying in tears. He was grumpy and looked tired. Didn't even talk to me or my girl. No greet no explain what's he going to do on my girl today. He sat down try take more tools get ready while the nurse disappears again. He called her no answer. He grab with one hand other hand still on my kid mouth while shes crying in tears. He didn't talk her to calm down or anything. No comfort in any way. Put tool container on my girl chest. Is it normal for him to do that. She is crying more. He open tool box on my girl chest. I was so upset. Nurse came back help him take tool box get stuff out. He can't see well I think. He trying to fix the tools in-front on my child face and mouth while she's crying. He didn't realize he fixing his tool under the light but in front child face. I was so upset more. Then another staff the man came in talked with him In Spanish for 5 minutes or more. I was mad. In professional talk with staff in Spanish while performing on my girl is crying, and anxious stuffy nose try to breath. I mentioned to him before. He ignored me. Finally I put tools in her mouth try to fit it. She cried more I asked him is it hurt or what why she scream in pain. He said it's just pressure. I take his words. Then again he pressed tools and my girl cried in pain. I asked him please talk to her to comfort her. He said because I think it's hurt and said the words 'hurt' that why my girl cried more. I said I just want you to talk to her it's gonna ok or something.. and you didn't talk to her. She's scare. He said if I don't like it go somewhere else to do. Let me do my jobs. I said I understand but you didn't talk to her the whole times you there like 15-20 minutes. She is scared. He ignored me. So I tried comfort my girl. I was gonna stop him but I'm trying to tell my girl it's ok let Dr Bee try to do his jobs. The nurse do nothing says nothing. They didn't use suction to take out waters or glue on tools drop in my girl mouth. I was so upset more. But finally he done only two space retainers. My girl cried till tired out. He left with grumpy face. Not even comfort or says any nice to the kid. Told the nurse to rinse or clean my girl mouth. I don't know if she understands at all. But all she did use clothes clean out my girl mouth. Then she gave two gold coins and a sticker said to my girl You're doing good. And she left for lunch. Omg, we will never come back here again. This is our 4 times been here. This is my girl first time get something done here. Unprofessional Dr Bee himself. Only him run is Dentist in there mostly nurses. At least 6 nurses there. He run back and forth between clients. He Didn't cares patients as little as my girls crying or waited. He didn't greeting or explaining. He said sorry he was late 50 minutes or more while my on gas mask more than 20 minutes crying. I hope the State board investigate this place. They over booked patients. Only him Dentist work there. And we heard 2-3 kids was crying while there. Not included my kids. Very bad experienced. Never come back or recommend anyone to come here. Everything they said about this place it's true. Normally I don't write reviews I would let others people do it but sometimes "Parents" please listen to reviews and especially your kids. Don't let your kids go in there alone. You must go with them. Staff here not friendly and seem heartless. They look like just do their jobs and didn't cares much. So many new staffs. He's not kind and unprofessional. He need to wear glass or something. My 16 month old had to get a Mucocele removed on her bottom lip. Everyone there was SO nice and great with her. The removal was done with a laser, and was done very quickly and efficiently. Jessie was the assistant and she was entertaining and playing with my daughter before the removal. The Dr was very professional, informative and nice. My daughter is scared of gloves and they were mindful of that and tried to put her at ease as much as they could. I HIGHLY recommend! read more

Terrible experience with my special needs child. My son suffers from severe anxiety and depression and had been housebound for several years. Came here because of all the reviews about their work with special needs kids. My son had extensive work needed, a dozen surfaces with cavities. Because of his situation, they offered full sedation and to do all work in one session to avoid the need to come multiple times. I was told that insurance doesn't cover full sedation and i would have to pay for that out of pocket: $500. That is a LOT of money in my world but we agreed that was the best course of action. We arrived for the appointment and they took my son back. They estimated it would take an hour or so. I kept asking what was taking so long and no one could answer me. After more than 2 hours , i went back to find my son barely conscious. The doctor didn't return to tell me anything until i demanded to see him. He mumbled something about complications but didn't elaborate, all while i am trying, ALONE, to keep my son from falling onto the floor because he was so heavily sedated! While i am VERY politely conferring with the d doctor, someone comes in to tell me that, because he required sedation for longer, i needed to pay as additional $250 immediately! I burst into tears, quickly wrote a check, and was rudely rushed out so they could have the room all while my son was still so sedated he couldn't stand. We had to lift him into the van! All of that was awful enough but the work done was terrible! The filings on the front teeth didn't match AT ALL!!! This is a teenage boy with self- esteem and mental health issues who now has big, unsightly white patches on his permanent front teeth! I called the office and was informed that the filings would blend/ fade quickly and that it is hard to exactly match them because my son's teeth are discolored from poor dental hygiene i accepted that answer. Later took my son to another dentist who said the cavities weren't filled right and one youth appears to be cracked! My son had complained of pain and sensitivity in that tooth but i figured he was exaggerating. I can't prove it happened there but my son doesn't do anything like sports and if he pre-existed the work at Dr. Bee's office, why want it addressed. As to the extra money out of pocket, i was told that i was informed that this was an estimate and that there is nothing they can do. They were kind and patient with my son but the office is loud and all the chairs are in one big room so it is overwhelming for many special needs kids. I do NOT recommend this dentist. They were incompetent and i feel like i spent $750 out of pocket to ruin my son's smile! read more

OMG Dr Bee is fabulous! My godchildren went here for a dental cleaning and one of them also needed some reconstruction on her front tooth due to an early childhood fall and tooth injury. For years she lived with her front tooth chipped and unaligned. She was taken to another Dentist who did a terrible job fixing the tooth it was uneven and still very noticeably showing the visible signs of the chipped tooth even though there was a temporary cap on the tooth. Today she went to Dr Bee and it's like he performed a Miracle within two hours. He was very nice and great with kids and so were his staff. He repaired her tooth beautifully and aligned the chipped tooth with the other front tooth. It looks perfect like it was never chipped. She has her confidence back concerning her smile. I was truly impressed with his work and his staff. They did excellent dental cleaning as well. read more
