The dental office is clean, organized, and even has water, tea, and coffee in the waiting area. Front desk was very warm. The dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She offered great advice and was great with my daughter. My daughter was fortunately very well behaved and excited for her appointment, but the way the hygienist helped her feel comfortable with process was great. She allowed my daughter to touch certain devices so she'd feel comfortable. The dentist was kind and also made my daughter feel very comfortable. My daughter received a full cleaning, flossing, and I think varnish. After the visit she was given a balloon and some goodies (toys, toothbrush, toothpaste). 1000000000/10 recommend!

I scheduled my daughter's emergency appointment for a Monday morning. I took time off from work and I kept her home from school. The office called me that morning and told me they couldn't see her because the dr. had an emergency, but she could be seen the next day at 9:30am. I had a VA appt and a dentist appt for myself starting at 11am, so I knew I was able to make everything on time. I kept my daughter from school, again. Showed up at 9:20am, she was seen, told me what she needed to get done and sent us to a window where I was told I needed to either come back another day or wait until 11am. As I was talking to the girl in the window and explaining to her that I got my original appt cancelled the day before and I couldn't wait until 11am, the office manager comes out of her office, shrugging her shoulders and interrupting my conversation. With a rude demeanor, she told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave. I told her to put herself in my position, that I called out from work the day prior, my daughter had missed 2 days of school and I had other appts that morning, but my daughter needed to be seen to fix her tooth. She didn't care. She didn't apologized for the delay, for the cancelations.. She kept shrugging her shoulders and telling me that if I didn't like it, then leave. Against my will, I decided to stay, for my daughter's benefit. I had to cancel my VA appt, which are hard to get, and canceled my dental appt, which was important. This office manager didn't care at all. I have never encountered someone so rude and careless for the patients as she was that day. I wasn't planning on coming back with any of my kids. However, a week later, I received a letter saying that my services had been terminated. As a private practice, they should have heard both sides of the story before dismissing 4 kids. That woman is a poor example of what customer care is. I don't recommend this place at all. They don't care about the patients and their families. as long as you pay and do what they say without arguments.

The office is cluttered with dinosaur decorations everywhere, and the staff seems to have changed significantly. Dr. T appeared to start with a full team but now seems to be down to only a few people. In my experience, her communication with both children and parents comes across as rude, petty, and snide. I'm also concerned about the dental recommendations we received. My kids go every six months for cleanings, and at our last visit I was told my son had holes in two teeth and might even need two root canals. That didn't sit right with me, so I got a second opinion from another dentist. The second dentist found no issues at all. Between the overcharging, requests for reviews, and what felt like questionable diagnoses, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my children here (and we've been here over a decade).
