My wife and I saved all of our lives for this house. It's been over a year new and we still can't…read moremove into our house cause it's pushed off it's foundation and our family room is sinking into the earth with ever passing day. Brock sigler gave us a list of stuff the owners had to fix. A couple plumbing issues and something with an electrical outlet. He didn't notice the whole house is pushed off the foundation with a couple inch gap where animals where living and burrowing under the house. The previous home owner never cleaned the gutters or downspouts which ended up pushing the house off of its foundation. I realized it about a month after purchase because there was a family of chipmunks living In house. I then noticed all of the patch jobs and how my house was band aided and put up for sale. I showed Brock and he said he was gonna take care of. It's been 10 months and nothing. I now own a 200k house that is worthless. I can't afford to fix, and can't sell it now. Using Brock sigler for an inspector was the biggest mistake of my life. Brock said he was gonna take care of it and I've heard nothing. The least he could do is refund my 350 or 325$. I'll see you in court Brock. And I'll be putting the word out there. Do not use this guy!
