My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. After living there for two days the handle to the shower faucet broke off completely - this might not have been something he could've caught but I feel like as an inspector you would typically have a better eye than the average person for things like that. I intentionally stayed out of his way to let him do his work, but Tim kept me and my agent updated throughout the process and was very professional and personable. I didn't request it, but he also slipped in and out of different shoes every time he transitioned from inside to outside the house to be respectful of the flooring.
