With his expertise, he was able to inspect all aspects of the home I needed inspected in the same visit and estimated the inspection time at about 3 hours. Chris was patient and took the time to speak with me and explain the process and arrangements. At the time of inspection, he arrived just ahead of schedule and was friendly and efficient.
