This company is awesome. I had bees starting to form at the bottom of my house and watched them disappear into the crevice. Not an emergency. I called on a Saturday and they gave me an appointment for the following Monday with a one hour window. They were on time. My technician Romie was friendly and very knowledgeable. He even remembered coming to my house a couple years earlier to remove a hive from my sprinkler box. He worked hard to get to the location and quickly had it under control. He wanted me to give him a call if the bees persisted. Two days later and it is still clear. They even give a 90 day warranty if the bees return to the same location. This company has great customer service. I had the house sprayed for beetles and ants at the end of june. The ants came back about three weeks later. I hope I never have to use this company again... In the best way possible. This past summer I noticed a few bees swarming around a auto security light we had that would turn on at night when I let my dogs out. The next morning I did some investigating and discovered they were COMING OUT OF MU HOUSE!!!!! After a quick yelp search I found this company. They had a guy come out that day, he investigated and and said he would have to remove part of my patio overhang to get to them. As we were talking he heard some kids playing in the pool at the apartments behind my backyard. He told me the bees would swarm over to the water and could not spray that day. Pain in my ass but I can appreciate looking out for the kids. He came at 6 am on a saturday to finish the work. He discovered that the bees were coming from an odd walled off part of my patio carver that meshed up to the house and luckily not in my walls or anything! He took off what he needed without ruining my patio, and soon discovered 10 pounds of honey comb! How I never noticed these bastards was beyond me! I think for the whole thing. bee removal and honey removal it was 300. I was honestly expecting much more. I really liked how informative the guy was... Informing me that labs (one of my 3 dogs) are naturally predisposed to being allergic to bees, not to use a shop vac to clean up the bees (the vac will crush the dead ones (btw that can still sting you.. or dogs.. when dead) and release pheromones and ill attract the others) He also insulated the weird crawl space thing they were in, and put bee deterrent in there and guaranteed no bees for a year in that same spot, or hell come back for free!! I was so overwhelmed by the service, and quick response time! It might sound really lame but a bee infestation is really scary.... I honestly felt violated... and they were so kind and comforting. Like i said... I hope I never have to see them again, but If I had any more "house guests" I wouldn't hesitate to call. read more

We recently had some nasty swarm of bees come across our backyard and found a "resting spot" beneath my gazebo. These little dudes came in by the hundreds..it was was just freakin terrifying!! Called Beewise and spoke to this really sweet person that gave us really informative info..pretty much told us to see how it plays out and bees may leave by the next morning and didn't want us to waste $$ for no reason (kudos) next morning they were still there chillin. Called beewise after all these calls spoke to the same sweet person and told us someone could come within 45 minutes and gave us a decent quote (in shock- wow!) they were prompt, quick, polite and billed us within the quote plus gave us a 30 day warranty! I'm behind on getting this review out. I had the work done in May. One of my security camera motion detectors kept going off. Turned out to be from bees buzzing around it. I had a nest years ago on my second story but had it removed and patched up. I wasn't sure if they had found a way in so I researched some Bee control companies and decides to go with Bee Wise. Romie was great. He reviewed the area and determined that they were scouting the old hive area. They were very aggressive bees. He said the that the bee pheromones from old hives can last for years so they were probably attracted to that. He checked the patched area and determined that they hadn't been able to get back in to the old hive location. He dusted and sprayed the area and gave me a 90 day warranty. He said that they would come back for a few more days and then go away. That's exactly what happened. My camera motion detector stopped going off and I haven't had a problem since. The guy came out (I forget his name!) and assessed the situation. He found n old bee hive and explained what the foam was for. He even showed me several other houses in my neighbor hood that had had a similar problem! He explained everything and more about the behavior of these bees and what to do and not to do. He probably spent at least half an hour explaining and investigating. We do not have an active bee hive but the company did not charg eme for their time and valuable information and advice that I learnt. The nicest guy I have ever spken to from a pest control company and the most helpful and sincere. I called on Sunday the 15th after noticing a lot of bee activity near one of my dormer windows. Romie came the following afternoon and located a new hive developing in between the roofline and loft. He needed to drill 2 small holes in the ceiling of my loft to spray poison into the hive but otherwise, there was no noticeable damage to my home. He sprayed a couple of treatments on the exterior access of the hive and immediately we noticed the bees dying off. Romie was very professional and knowledgable about the bees and their behavior patterns. He advised that the bees would continue to die off over the next 72 hours. True to his word they did and although we continue to see a few bees drop every day or so, they are dying and there's no more noticeable activity around the hive. I have been using Bee Wise for a few years for my spider and scorpion problems. I know that living in the desert we can't completely eliminate scorpions but they have drastically dropped the number I see. I went from having them show up in the house weekly to seeing maybe one a year if even that. I am not even worried about scorpions anymore. The technician does an amazing job every time.
