However the course of action they recommended (treatment through the house slab and exterior, not opening the wall) didn't give me confidence it would treat the entire issue. Glenn came out this morning with his helper to replace the shoddy mesh that Sunnova installed on my solar panels. He was here promptly & Professional as always per his previous visits to my residence. Apparently, I had a bird problem because they like to nest under the panels. Glenn had recommended replacing the 6 inch mesh with 8 inch. Also, he had to install more to a difficult area to reach. My roof has curved tiles & it wasn't installed correctly. In fact it was done poorly by Sunnova. Glen took time to rectify my problem. He also cleaned my roofline thoroughly & the debris that had an accumulated was terrible! This review is long overdue like many others, but I had such a delightful experience with a kind gentleman named Gerald. The vibe that came off of him was like listening to "Light My Fire" by Gwen Stefani and Sean Paul.. the melody is smooth sailing, a joy to be around just like him. The backstory of how I found this company was looking up on Yelp after having several bites all over my legs from fierce ants after I killed several of them and they brought their army after me! Pest Control Solutions came out the very next day and did wonders all over my house with spreading granules and spraying generously in every place possible that these ants and other critters were hiding. No joke.. the very next day.. things started to come out and say hi. Spiders that were hiding and living in cracks, pipes dropped dead, even a few scorpions too! In a matter of a few days, ALL the ants were gone and I had an entire army of them all over my backyard. I was pleasantly surprised how fast their potent products worked. I remember I kept saying.. "Wow" after every insect I saw fall to the ground. It was like magic! Thought all was well after this, however another surprise... a humongous rodent.. the size of 2 french breads together like whoa! He was an arm length away from me and casually climbed the side wall to the top of my roof. I stood there in disbelief for a few minutes and laughed. Went back inside, took a sip of coffee, and called Pest Control Solutions. Their response time is admirable. I can feel that they care and expedited this so quickly.. like I blinked and they're here. The scheduling ladies have always been so prompt, helpful, and kind. Gerald came out explained everything, answered all my questions, and concerns, he explained why it's important in spraying specific areas, I felt like I paid for a personal one on one Pest Knowledge class.
