For me, it was getting rear ended where I managed to fracture teeth- my previous dentist at the time, had me on a treatment plan but for whatever reason was no longer reachable. I was desperate. So I put the call out at work (I work for a medical company) and my awesome coworker Eddie Brown said that I just needed to call her. So I did. (And since have recommended her numerous times, to friends at work!) They werent able to get anything from the previous dentist either, but she was able to start me on a treatment plan. That will have been a year ago in May that I started with her. I raved all over Facebook for my experiences, and truly thought I had put one on Yelp til I realized today, that I had not. Let me tell you the most amazing thing about the office first, they are detailed, to the core. They treat you like you are the only one there. They will work with you on schedules, they understand busy fast paced lifestyles. The assistants I have worked with, esp Brooklyn, are hardcore professional and friendly, she is always quick to smile and remembers you from the last time to the next. The desk staff (Kim and Jean, I think is her name) are sweet and friendly as well, and knows her stuff when it comes to various insurances and delays. Dr Wright and the original owner as well have both treated me, and it was like being seen by older sisters who are not only going to tell you like it is, but she is going to make sure you are not in pain. And here is the most amazing thing, and it deserves CAPS, pun intended, YOU CANNOT FEEL HER NEEDLES. I realize thats raising the bar, but she is THAT good. I simply do not know why there are no ratings for her on Yelp but I am rectifying that today with this one. I trust her completely and the drs she has had to refer me out to (repair root canal work, and an unfortunate extraction) were hands down the best in Louisville, and yet, I could feel their needles...Multiple visits in, she hasnt wavered in her attention to detail or that amazing ability to not let you feel the needle, including in the roof of my mouth. Do not let your dental work hold you back if its a fear of needles, you will not feel hers. Tell her I sent you!

I tried another dentist in town for a problem I had been ignoring and did not have a good experience. I called this office and they got me in very quickly. Dr. Fred and Hannah are amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them. Dr. Fred is the first dentist I've had who listens to me and doesn't rush to get me out the door. He answers all my questions, and has gotten me in multiple times to fix problems with my crown and sensitivity without charging me. I have a really sensitive tooth and he stopped in during a cleaning to ask the dental hygienist to avoid that tooth. He goes above and beyond and I'm so glad I found this office.

A quick 15 min later I was doing the admitting paperwork and on in I went. Dr Young was quick and thorough locating the culprit tooth. He recommended I go to the endodontist who he prefers to use for the rear most molars. The specialist was able to get me right it. Very happy with the service and care I got today. I give Dr Young my highest recommendation. He took very good care of me.

After I arrived I was taken back to my room and assessed by the dental assistant. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. The doctor came in and proceeded to evaluate my tooth. He was able to replace the cap and I had no pain or problems since. I appreciate their quick attention to my needs and were able to fix the problem. A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. I am sorry I didn't catch the name of the Dr that I saw but he was very young and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The dentist was so rough with me it caused extra pain, was frustrated with me because i wasnt numbing easily . Sent me home & said he cant help. I got the tooth removed same day from my regular dentist which lets me know he wasn't numbing me correctly and should go back to school . Idk if it was cause im black but i never had that experience & was never rude to expect him to act like he did. Ill never recommend this dentist to ANYONE . Go to first care dental pls .

This office seemingly stays booked up. My college son was referred to have a tooth removed in order…read moreto get round 2 of braces. Did you know that male jaw growth can continue and cause shifts through ages 16-18 or so? Requiring surgical corrections and/or second round braces. So.... even once done with a first set of braces keep up on at least a yearly orthodontist check so if correction is needed you catch it before we did. It took months to get just the patient consult appointment and by then we had to take the only date and time for surgery available that would be in enough time to heal, get the Invisalign with a fake tooth built in, & head to college by early August. It was very stressful cutting it this close! However, the oral surgery went smoothly! We checked in not too long after 9 am and he was back to the room for surgery by 9:45 a.m or so. I was invited to go back with my anxious son until time for them to put him under. He took longer than anticipated to come out of it and I got to go back & check in on him then pull the car around while a staff member walked him out. Discharge directions about medications and use of a prescription mouthwash as well as keeping gauze in his mouth until bleeding slowed, and soft diet foods and recovery timeframes were clear. We added in use of the highly recommended by friends face ice wraps which helped pain & swelling significantly. If facing wisdom teeth removal, order the face wraps with ice packs that Velcro around top of your head holding the ice pack holder to your cheeks/jaws. We ordered two on Amazon and had them in freezer before surgery to trade out every 20-30 mins the first 24 hours & a few times daily after. 20% of estimated bill is due the day of surgery or before, pretty standard. No follow up unless a problem post op.
