Went to beefs Friday night with a friend, place was filthy, after watching most of help including the managers and owner getting drunk in bar we ordered I sent my food bavk, after about ten minutes the owner went into shitty kitchen and started screaming and telling about I was a fat fuck and I was lying about the food etc, when he came out of kitchen we confronted him, he told us he was owner to GTFO, he was drunk and beligerent.i have corporate.anf the sheriff as they got my number off caller ID and have been calling me and threatening me. read more

Walked in at 2:35pm Saturday aug. 24th. Place was empty except for 1 barfly. Voices were heard in kitchen as we waited to be seated as sign said. Eight and a half minutes later we decide to leave. During the wait I tried opening and closing door a few times trying to trigger a door alarm or wake someone up in back but to no avail. As we are finally out of door I hear a waitress yell "have a nice day". I'd like to think that it wasn't a sarcastic remark towards patrons who she felt should wait all day for her to get her butt out to help customers but I'm guessing instead it was a stupid waitress who forgot no one was there eating who could be leaving after a meal. read more

I am a beefs fan for years going back to when they were across from MCC (SCF). Their wings and burgers are great, a ton of beers on tap and now have the soda add ins for non alcohol drinkers. However the service sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. read more

The staff is extremely nice here! Basic burger and sandwich spot. Curly fries are the bomb. I will be back :)

Nice dinner last night. My burger was prepared perfectly and tasted great. Wife liked her food too. Service was attentive. Lots of big screen TVs keep the sports in view. Prices are reasonable and our food came quickly. There is a special deal if you bring your movie ticket stub. read more

We ordered food with a hand written note saying to put silverware and napkins and with the mayo on the SIDE, when the order came the mayo was on the sandwich and there was NO silverware or napkins! How were we supposed to eat our soup? When we called them they said that they don't put silverware and napkins in the bag unless it was on the request! Who doesn't put silverware and napkins in the bag? This restaurant needs common sense. I will not be ordering here again!! read more

Ate there over the weekend before going to a movie next door Service was great and quick.. Ordered a grilled chicken and the kids got wings and fajitas. Food was served hot and our server was very good. Owner ( I think) came by the table to find out if everything was ok. Will definitely go here again. read more

My son and I needed a quick dining experience before a movie last night that wasn't fast food. Beef's is close to the theatre so we stopped in. They had a decent crowd, but it only took a couple minutes to get seated. The staff was very friendly. Our food was fast, fresh, and delicious. We were able to make it to our movie with time to spare. We love dinner here!! read more

The food was horrible on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 1:15 PM! Buffalo Chicken Salad had no actual chicken in it--just fried flower. I shared this with the waitress, but she seemed uninterested at the time. In the end I was given a card for 20% off my next meal. I left the card in addition to the 24% tip. This location is definitely off my futures list. read more

Zero stars if I could! Went there Monday night 12/12/16. First, one side of the booth we were seated at was dirty and we had to call them over to clean it off. Then when our meals came, there was a greasy fingerprint on the side of one of the plates and when a set of silverware was unwrapped from the napkin, the knife clearly had leftover food on it. The breaker was when my fiancé finished his fries, there was a hair on the plate under them. I called the waitress over and pointed out to her what was wrong and asked her to get the manager. She literally came back seconds later and cleared our table. On the way out, I noticed the waitress in the kitchen area making snide faces to someone and knew she was telling that person about our complaints - only not as she should have. Yup....it was the manager who walked out and saw me watching them and wanted to know if I needed something. I told her I did not appreciate the way they were "discussing" our problem, let alone handling it. She tried to say the waitress was just telling her about our problems to which I responded I was not stupid and could see how she was "telling them". She simply looked at us and said I'm sorry...have a nice day! I would love to know from corporate who trains the staff in customer service, from the manager down. They will not get a second chance! read more
