My car overheated and died on my way back from a long trip at about 11 pm. I live in Waterford so…read morethere was no way I was making it back home. I called Kiefer for a tow and they took my car back to their shop after hours saying they'd fix it as soon as possible. By the next day they knew exactly what was wrong with it and told me a price for the repair plus the tow. I was quoted 450$ which for what needed to be done was a fair price. I go to pick up my car today. The car was in tip top shape and they only asked me to pay 350. I have never gone to a mechanic that charges well UNDER the quoted price. Car drove home perfectly. No fuss no issues. To those who call this guy a con artist, I have no reason to believe this shop is anything but honest and fair. The price was cheap and the work is solid. If I need preventative maintenance I will make the 50 minute drive to come back to this shop. It's hard to find honest folks and that's what these guys are. I will be back.
