The first time I went my eyelashes looked fine, but as soon as I started to push back on her rescheduling my appointments she made my lashes look horrible. Also, she is so unprofessional - examples include: booking a hotel room over the phone during my lash appointment, taking breaks in between my lashes to text (she told me she was texting her boyfriend), was eating while doing my lashes & said "sorry if I smell like fries". The list can go on & on... The picture is from the last time I got my lashes done (way too long, didn't do a full fillin, and they hurt). DO NOT GO TO HER. Very efficient and professional. My only complaint was that under the Dr. Stover ownership (for the past 9 years) I was never late being waited on, however, I was about 23 minutes late before the hygienist could see me. I didn't like that. The hygienist was very good and gentle and worked efficiently. All of the other staff I met were very nice also. One young lady even complimented me on my cologne (Sandalwood). Her space is warm and inviting and Becca is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. I did the Sunna teeth whitening with Becca. It was a lot faster and easier than I anticipated. The entire process was about 30 minutes and painless for me. I had no teeth sensitivity issues during or after the procedure. Before she begins, she looks at your teeth to see what whiteness level you are at and with this system, she can get you at least 2 shade brighter--maybe more depending on how many touch up appointments you do! The process involves a few mouth rinses and whitening formula painted on your teeth. Then, you get to take a nice nap while the laser light shines on your teeth. This best part is that you see results immediately! The aftercare is pretty easy too! She gives you the whitening aftercare gel that you put on your toothpaste each night when you brush. This will help extend the whitening and prevent staining. So easy, right? You just can't drink or eat an hour after your procedure and it is recommended that you stay away from food that are likely to cause stains (red wine, beets, etc...).
