I found The Spa House by accident and have really appreciated their professionalism, the clean and comfortable treatment rooms. Their pricing is good value for my money. It has been too long since I had a facial (thanks, Covid), but after finishing my vaccinations, I finally felt fine about going, knowing that The Spa House was taking extreme precautions. Stephanie gave me an Elemis facial, using the highly-recommended Elemis products from Ireland. The Spa House offers four options: the Elemis Superfood, Dynamic Resurfacing Precision Peel, Pro-Collagen Age Defy, and Pro-Collagen Contour & Lift, which she recommended for me. I usually get a hydrafacial; these Elemis products cleansed with a cleansing balm (WOW!), moisturized, and felt so good going on. I am trying to talk my husband into getting an Elemis Superfood facial because I know he would prefer that over a hydrafacial. I also got a dermaplane today, and ladies, if you have never treated yourself to this add-on, it's time. When I first got a dermaplane, my aesthetician said that she was going to get all of the "teddy bear fuzzy hairs" off of my face, and she showed me the hairs accumulating on the scraper/scalpel as she worked on my face. It was a ton of fuzzies. This is such a great way to get rid of the layer of dead skin cells and to have a beautiful smooth face for a great application of products and of makeup. (In between dermaplanes, I sneak my husband's electric razor and run it over my face after wiping it down with a bleach wipe, before and after, but don't tell him!) Stephanie is the best. She knows skin and selects products that are particular to each client's needs. You know you want a facial. If you're local, make your appointment. If you will take a field trip to get here, it's worth it. Support small businesses, in this case a family-run business, and shop local. Oh, and treat yourself! read more

I don't know how this place stays open. I've never been more disrespected in my life. You walk in there and you automatically feel the tension. I went to have a facial with Jennifer. She was so condescending and rude. She slammed the door every-time she came in and out of the room, and she talked down to me like I was a child! I'm nearly twice her age! I've never felt more disgusted, disrespected and revolted in my life. Jennifer also treated the other staff like they were beneath her. I don't know how they put up with it. I said something to the lady at the desk. Run from this place. They obviously don't care about their clients, and I'm telling everyone I know how awful it was! Do NOT go here!!! read more

Customer service was lovely and exceptional. I can't say enough about the warm and friendly staff. My issue is with the product. I'd seen and read about the plasma facial so I decided to try it. It's a very substantially higher price point, than facials or even injectables, much higher! I was beyond disappointed as I saw absolutely no difference in my skin whatsoever- literally nothing. My pores were the same, scars were actually more pronounced- there were zero "results". I feel sick that I spent so much fir a procedure that gave me zero results. I would strongly recommend not wasting your money on a hyped up procedure that literally have me zero results. read more
