Responses that most business owners leave range from 1) none at all 2) disputing the feedback, as ridiculous and stupid as this is, 3) giving lukewarm replies as if by obligation, not choice, 4) acknowledging the stated problems, but not seeking further communication by the reviewer on a private level in order to encourage that patron to return ... But the thing that encourages me to visit and spend my money versus going to the competition are responses like the one left by this co-owner. This is an individual who really cares about the business and understands that without its customers the business evaporates. Funny thing is, I never knew much about this business even though I passed it from time to time. Now, after reading the (smart) owner's response to customer feedback, I have good feelings about the place and will definitely visit... Aggressively loud talking and pointing, while trying to explain how to use their card system that I was doing perfectly. Before I could type in my password he told me my card declined!!?? Which was impossible. I told him to give me a chance. He yelled it's not working do you have cash! Very humiliating and untrue. I paid with cash and left. Rented a keg and tap and I was hounded multiple times to return it before the keg was even empty…read more He came to my front door after 2 weeks and I asked him if I could hold onto it for while until it was all used, and he agreed. He never said the keg had to be returned in a specified time frame. Only statement when I got the keg and tap, was that once it was returned I would get my deposits back for the keg and tap. After only a month of having the keg and tap, he called me and threatened to go to the magistrate if I didn't return it. He needs to tell people, or give them a contract or something in writing that states when he wants it back, if he is going to get that uptight about it. Get your taps and kegs from somewhere else.

My boyfriend had been here before but I was a 1st time client and, boy, was I impressed! First of all, this is not your average beer shop. It is a drive through shop. Yes, drive through. As we pulled up I was clearly confused. We parked inside the garage, surrounded by hundreds of bottles of beers, different brands, different price points. A gentleman appeared around the corner and asked what we would like. We asked for the specials of the night (Miller High Life) and ordered a case... (sometimes you just want something cheap). He grabbed the beer and asked were we wanted it. We told him to place it in the back seat, and he did! Customer Service: 5 stars out of 5! We did not have to leave the car nor did we get wet tonight thanks to the Nazareth Beverage Center. I will be back for more once the beer is finished!

It was an absolute bash and oh yeah... the beer was good too ;) If I wasn't throwing a party I would have tasted them all, but the general consensus from the guests was the beer was spot on! Nobody in the place, cashier so engaged with his phone it took him an awkward pause before he looked up to acknowledge me standing waiting to pay. When I asked a simple question received a gruff "Nope", no hint of a thank you or any common curtesy. My previous experiences were similar. I generally don't mind paying premium prices for local convenience. In this case I will gladly travel to Dublin or Doylestown to avoid Harrow Beverage.
