This town is going through a major makeover with lots of new apartment/condo housing and commercial development. The three story structure is brick, glass and steel, creating a post industrial vibe that is fun to hang out in. I was there today to visit the Manhattan Bagel shop, also looked at the Itri Brick Oven Pizza and the largest business there, Neshaminy Creek Brewery. In the center of it all was a large dining room shared by all. Had I more time and hunger, I would have ordered a pizza and manged it at the bar with local suds to lube the swallow. Maybe, next time. Dublin is trying mightily to become a new destination in Upper Bucks, and by the look of things they are succeeding.

We didn't make it past trying the beers. We knew the place had reopened under new ownership and wanted to give it a shot. We walked in and were seated promptly. Right away I noticed there were crumbs all over the floor. That's a major red flag, not a good first impression. Decided to try some beers. We placed an order with the waitress for three tasters. She informed us one of them was brand new, and all of their other beers were from the original owners. A minute later, another waitress came over and says that our server can't service alcohol because she's not of age and to give her the order. When I said one of them was one of the new beers she had no idea what I was talking about. Strange. What is most strange is that why is a server working at a brewery who can't serve alcohol? That's a new one for me. Let's just say the beers were awful. They were flat, tasteless and not entirely up the temp. We got up and walked out and went to the Trolley Barn across the street.

Incidentally, another friend sang in a band there recently, though I wasn't able to make it out to see. What was a bit challenging was the speed of service; it was a busy afternoon when we were there, and it was challenging to get the bartender's attention. Other than that, though, it was a fun time, and was even fun for the kids who were in attendance. Looked like they had some games there for them, such as Jenga. That didn't quite seem like the best choice to play on a table, but such is life. The kids tried on the floor too, which made much more sense, but it was hard to do that w/o being in people's way.

Imprint is a small batch brewery that specializes in IPAs and Schmoozies, and serves food for people to enjoy with their beer. The last time we were here, they switched to serving pizza and we didn't like their pizza. Since our strategy had been to have a bite and try their newest IPA, we decided to give them another chance. Their pizza is much better than before, while their IPAs continue to be fantastic. Both pizza and beer are essentially self-service. You go to the bar, order and pick up your beer there. You also go to the food counter and order your food, then pick it up at the counter. Ambience is brewpub, with the vats in the background. Both casual, family and pet-friendly.

The dedicated parking lot is also a huge plus for busy weekend nights! So far I've only had the Pony Club cocktail, which was absolutely fantastic! Hubs has also enjoyed all of the beers he's tried to date. Food is good, but nothing special. The fries are super tasty and they actually make a mean grilled cheese (on the lunch menu). Nothing has been out of this world and there have been small inconsistencies with the menu, but it does the job and the drinks are what matter!

It is meant as a shareable starter but honestly who would want to share. I thought the fish tacos would be a good entree. I did not expect the size of the tacos. I admit to having a big mouth but there was no way I could easily bit into the tacos. I was a total mess. LOL. The tacos were filled with a large piece of fish then topped with a cabbage slaw. Yum! I highly recommend. This establishment never disappoints.
