Thankfully I did a search on Yelp and found Dinos party supply in the valley. I messaged them to ask about the availability of a few characters and they responded right away with pictures. I visited the next day and found the party supply store located in a quaint shopping center. When I arrived I found the staff to be very welcoming and warm. They helped me find what I was looking for and made recommendations on candy and a stick to hit the piñata. The piñata was huge and a reasonable price. The guests at my party had a wonderful time with the activity. Now that I know that Dinos exists I'll be sure to stop there for all of my future party needs.

One of them was talking bad about another customer because I don't know what happened, but they were saying that she thought she was "se cree muy muy" as she was mimicking her behavior. Honestly, that is so rude. And the lady was still shopping. If you don't like your job then maybe you should not work in customer service. Second of all, he told me it was 40 and she charged me 50. As she was saying he showed you a star that's 40 and I was like he never showed me a star. He showed me a number one and the one that I picked, which was a cake with balls inside. As you can see in the picture, those are the ones he showed me. I never saw a star. The price is not the problem I can afford it, but it's just the way she was being and she's rude and she was saying that I was not telling the truth. I don't know what her problem is but that is just not right. Here I am trying to support local stores when I could've gone elsewhere or ordered it online. I called my sister to tell her right away and she told me I should've just left it there. I was just raised better. But this is the last time that I go to this place. I have been coming to this place for a long time and a lot of people had told me about the rude lady in the front, but I had never had that encounter.
