Me, my mom and my husband came in to have dessert after celebrating Father's Day. We had ordered the churros with ice cream. Waited about 20 minutes and seen the girl who put the churros in the oven left. Not sure if she left for the day or just on break. Either way. Another 20 minutes passed and my mom decided to ask the 2 other girls working what the status of the churros was. They both blatantly ignored my mom (who's a senior). We then left after another 10 minutes. Didn't ask for a refund because we don't ever plan on coming back somewhere with such shit customer service. Totally understand being busy, but to ignore a customer who approached you guys nicely about an order that YOU GUYS forgot is disrespectful. Don't go here expecting decent customer service. read more

Came here because I was craving a little something sweet. I just wanted a small classic sundae with 1 scoop of icecream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup and nuts. Simple. They didn't have such a thing on the menu. All of their portions were HUGE! So I asked if they could make this for me. And they did! It came out to be a little over $5. Not bad. I really like the michoacana franchises. Only thing about this one is that while I appreciate the cleanliness of the place, I didn't like the smell of cleaner slapping me in the face as I walked in. read more

This place was horrible with customer service I waited like 36 min just to order a banana split and it wasn't even busy. There was only one kid working so I know it wasn't his fault but he was still moving like a turtle. U would think he'd have more pep in his step seeing the line building up but still moving like molasses. And to to add to it he gave me the wrong flavor ice cream. So I ate something that had raisins in it. Didn't enjoy it at all. So I rather just go to 31 flavors from now on. Sorry. read more

This is my favorite michoacana I have tried! There was a lot in stock. I was actually surprised it wasn't packed for a sunny Sunday afternoon. The smallest size for agua frescas was a good size and enough for me. I got the limon agua fresca which came with basil seeds :) it was sour sour but I liked it a lot! Very refreshing for after the swap meet! The person who helped us was super sweet as well. I wish I got her name. read more

Every time ive gone it's understaffed and the same Hispanic guy is there who has no sense of urgency and seems like he doesn't wanna be there. Most of the times I hear other customers in line complain about how slow the service is. Expect to wait 30+ minutes. read more

This place is a ripe off! I sent my husband to get me some fresas con crema. In total he got a small order of tostilocos, 2 cups of ice cream with 2 scoops each, large agua fresca and my fresas con crema. I understand that prices went up with the economy but if we would of ordered online for pick up the total would of been less than $30. They charged him over $50. The fresas con crema only has one option online but come on over $20 dollars difference. I know sometimes ordering online saves you a couple bucks but they double charge certain things in person read more

Don't recommend ordering online or through one of the delivery apps. I ordered from Grubhub and they stated a wait time of 45 minutes, when it was supposedly ready I got a text saying "your order is ready" I drove to pick it up and when I got there the girls working had no idea I had placed an order. They said their tablet hadn't been working (so maybe stop receiving online orders). Anyway, I had to wait a bit longer (not very long, the girls were pretty fast at getting my order together and I get it's not the workers fault but management). Problem 2) my boyfriend ordered a "sandwich" because he was hungry. On Grubhub it shows that they have a and image of a sandwich you can order. So he did... but what I got was an ice cream sandwich. The image on grub hub is two pieces of bread w ham etc and actual sand which. The description of the sandwich does not say "ice cream". So that was another WTF! Problem 3) I know my boyfriend didn't want an ice cream sandwich because he ordered a paleta. So I asked the girls to credit me for the ice cream sandwich, told them I didn't want. We'll they couldn't give me a refund or return my money because again the grub hub tablet wasn't working. Also the Bionicos are not what they used to be, the overall experience was very poor. It's still good for paletas but I honestly wouldn't recommend to order online, just walk in. read more

Stopped by to get a cold treat for my kiddos. This place has countless flavors of ice cream. I love all the old school Mexican flavors... not just your regular chocolate and vanilla. Also lots of snacks if your not in the mood for ice cream. There was no one in line, got prompt courteous service. What once used to be a good spot to get some delicious Mexican style ice cream or fruit with different combinations to now a mediocre place. It's pretty easy to see why customers are leaving these places, the quality has gone down drastically. This place is no different, the fruit tasted like it was out for days and went bad, the infamous Mangoneada had a weird flavor with the ice cream. Paletas are $2 so still affordable. I personally like the esquite which is corn in a cup with mayo and butter. Non-dairy options. Whole sections of water based treats. Perfect for people who are lactose intolerant and/or casein averse. 2. Not just ice cream. They have savory snacks like nachos, corn, and chips. My favorite, by far, is the bionico (a fruit salad with cream and granola). 3. Atmosphere. Very upsetting service. I've come to this location so many times and its always something. Today we encounter Vanessa who had a very bad attitude not only towards me but everyone. A guy who was picking up an order also had to deal with her attitude. I came to buy a chicharrón preparado and she bagged me a broken durito. Didn't even ask if I was ok with it. This place is like walking into an ice cream parlor in Mexico! All the flavors were delicious. I'm a fan of coconut and lime. Their paletas are amazing as well. I almost always only go here for their Esquite. It's basically a Mexican elote (corn) in a cup with tons of melted butter, Parmesan, chili (if you want) and lemon juice. Soooo good. You can also add hot Cheetos on top, yummy! Their ice cream is ok, my kids like their paletas (popsicles)... oh and their strawberries and cream is YUM, but huge so share. I only docked one star because I am not personally a big fan of their ice cream. read more

Love this place!!! The aguas frescas are insanely good. $4 for a large is a steal and they don't skimp out by putting a ton of ice! The lady actually asked me if I wanted less ice which was nice. This location barely opened up this past Saturday April 29, 2017. I was excited that they opened this location because all the other ones if you don't go at a good time are usually packed and busy with lines out the door at times. So, today I went to CVS nearby to run some errands and wanted to stop by to see how it is. Compared to the other locations it is smaller BUT the setup with the ice cream and food/drinks on the right and the seating on the left works. I am being semi easy on them this time since they are new and still have things to improve. So for now I'll give them a four because the staff was nice and the products are delicious every time. One of the things that I think they need to work on is making more of their paletas available. I asked for an Oreo and vanilla with strawberry and neither did they have. Maybe because it's smaller they won't have as many options BUT I hope not. Also, when I went to pay their credit card machine was acting up, so I was standing there to pay for a few minutes (though the cashier did apologize for the inconvenience). All in all, I like that it's close by and that it wasn't too busy. Will definitely be back soon! read more

I've gone to other Michoacanas with better service and with a better attitude. One of the girls had just started working not sure if it was her first day but she was doing everything. There were another three girls standing doing nothing, I asked one of them if she could take my order and she just gave me her nasty attitude so I just walked out.
