She was very quiet, didn't explain anything, and just pulled the wax without any warning or reassurance. For a first-timer, that made the experience worse. So I called her and was able to book a facial for the weekend. Her space is lovely and clean. It smelled wonderful and she was ready for my arrival right on time. I really appreciate that she respected my time. Well what can I say. My facial started with a double cleanse, every step of the way she explained what would come next. Loved the massage part, I work a ton this was so relaxing. The bed I laid on was cozy and she assured me I could nap if I wanted. She was unaware that as per usual I had already had my quad shot latte. A nap wasn't gonna happen. Anyway this was a refreshing way to start my day and spoil myself for all my hard work lol . I told the girl I wanted a pedicure. The prices were a little too pricey for me, but since I was there I just got a basic pedicure with regular polish for $40. The girl that did my pedicure was nice. The rest of the staff at this Fontana location lack every ounce of professionalism. I've recently had a change in phone number- for a reason. After I changed it, I asked the front desk to change/update it. They assured me they had. The next time I came in, it still had not been changed. Finally, the third and final time I come in, it is still not changed. The front desk moron is yelling from across the salon asking for my full name and phone number. What the hell? So everytime I come in I'm treated like an alien, because they can't find the appointment... The nail techs sit there running their mouths about clients. Also, im confused on what type of establishment this is. A nail salon or a halfway house? The owners/managers, and all the techs, come and go as they please. Sometimes the salon is open, sometimes it's closed- regardless of the appointment day and time. The last time I came in my total was $240. The time before that (2weeks prior) it was $290. The most I've ever spent in one appointment was $400! To be treated like an alien! Never again. What pushed me to write this long winded,anger-filled review?
