Do you need a facial. I too needed one when I woke up last week with a nasty crater on my lovely mug. I had met Jaylen some months ago at my job and I hung on to her business card because she is really an interesting, bright and kind person and I love facials!. So I called her and was able to book a facial for the weekend. Her space is lovely and clean. It smelled wonderful and she was ready for my arrival right on time. I really appreciate that she respected my time. Well what can I say. My facial started with a double cleanse, every step of the way she explained what would come next. Loved the massage part, I work a ton this was so relaxing. The bed I laid on was cozy and she assured me I could nap if I wanted. She was unaware that as per usual I had already had my quad shot latte. A nap wasn't gonna happen. Anyway this was a refreshing way to start my day and spoil myself for all my hard work lol . I highly recommend her services. She does lashes and brows too not just facials fyi. I love to support small business and when they are women owned even more so. This would have been my 4th appointment booked with Jaylen for my daughter for lashes. The last appointment I was texted last minute she was 10 minutes behind, late but not a big deal. My daughter's appointment was today at 8am, Jaylen messaged me at 7:44 asking if I can come at 8:30. Due to my work schedule and drive I was already on my way and let her know I could not wait 30 minutes. She responded saying she "squeezed my daughter in" mind you she OFFERED me an 8am slot. 8am was not to accommodate me. She actually posts on Instagram advertising 8am slots. She refused to give me my $50 deposit because she said I am the one who cancelled.... Sad because every appointment my daughter is on time and we tip well and as you see in the screen shots I even offer to pay in full up front! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had an appointment for an eyebrow lamination and while my eyes were taped shut she dyed my eyebrows from blonde to black without permission and stole my money! I came to this salon for a while and had many services done by the owner Jaylen Lamar without any problems, until a week before my engagement. I let her know my boyfriend was gonna propose and booked multiple services including an eyebrow elimination, eyelash lift, and a vajacial. She had already finished my eyelashes and started on my eyebrows and when I noticed it was taking longer than normal I assured myself she wouldn't dye my eyebrows black (especially without permission) so I didn't even ask. Until the end of the appointment when she gave me a mirror and said "I died your eyebrows but I don't like how they turned out!" I won't go into detail but the whole situation was crazy and her next client arrived and she just rushed me out of there and completely ruined my appearance and confidence right before my proposal and engagement photo shoot. When I reached out to her for a refund including pictures of my extremely irritated eyebrow hairs and skin (due to her trying to removed it immediately) and she was extremely unprofessional. A week prior she recommended that I purchase a couple products from an esthetician website where she only had access and I would have to give her cash so i did. in the last text she included she no longer wanted to work with me and that those products were now for sale to her other clients and I would get my refund when they sold. It has now been over six months with no refund, please do not trust this woman with your money or your face!!!!! read more

Lying talking about I was a disrespectful customer and canceled my appt because of it (although she serviced me for a year and text me the day before to confirm). Then when I commented on the post with screenshots of our msgs, she deleted them and blocked me so that people won't see her true colors. I've noticed a significant change in hair growth.
