I am giving 2 stars because I hate it when someone else wants to do my eyebrows the way they want to and not the way I asked for. I wanted them with more shape and she said I could fill it in with makeup. I don't wear makeup daily and she assumed I do. I was very disappointed with her services. Also, her prices are very high, for my lip and brows was $30 and my nail shop charges $14. I won't be coming back.

The location was clean and I love that their open in Sundays. I got my underarms and bikini area waxed. She also threaded my eyebrows and I'm super happy with the results.

I did the underarm wax and eyebrow threading, and she did an amazing job! She probably did my wax in less than 5 mins, I was stunned how quick she was! After that, she was able to do my eyebrows and she shaped them amazingly and matched them up perfectly! She also offered a free lip threading but, i kindly refused. I payed ~$30 for these two services! I'll definitely come back :) read more

I'm so glad I gave this business another try. Jasvinder remembered our conversation from the day before and was incredibly apologetic about the previous situation. She came highly recommended, and I can truly see why. Her touch is so light that the threading process was nearly painless! I was in a super rush for evening plans and did not have time to get my brows done - this salon was one of the only in the area open until 7 on a Saturday and even though I arrived at 6:58, Jas was so nice and helped me out. At the time of this review she charges $9 for a threading which is a GREAT price, especially for her work. I accidentally slipped my finger and she pointed out that she nicked me, but I couldn't see or feel it at all! It goes to show how much attention she pays to her work and to her customer service that she apologized over something I did not even notice or could see. I have been to places who left open cuts and never did anyone acknowledge it for me as the customer. She also does free lip threading if it is your first time. I would definitely go back! read more

10/10! i've been here a couple times already for a brazilian wax and eyebrows thread with the owner (Jas, I believe) and both times have been great! the place is clean and tidy and the girls are very welcoming and kind! the brazilian wax room is small with no cover/roof at the top but there's obviously a door which she locks so there's still privacy and she's very quick, 10/15 minutes max. she's very gentle, professional, she asks if the wax temp is ok, very reassuring, and overall a great waxer! i've been getting my eyebrows waxed for about 10 years now and decided to try out threading again bc i was so impressed with the brazilian wax i figured they were just as great with threading and of course they were! my eyebrows look amazing, i used to get them threaded a long time ago before waxing but i stopped bc the girls would thin them out so i was a bit skeptical this time but jas did an amazing job. she said she would just clean them up since my shape was in tact and she did exactly that. i wish i had a better before picture but here's a small before and after! overall, i definitely recommend this place. it's extremely affordable, little wait time, you can make an appointment but walk ins seem to be taken care of quickly too, and jas does her job extremely well. i'm sure the other girl does too! read more

Jas is wonderful!! I have very difficult brows and used to drive to LA to the only place that could not make them look uneven. Not anymore! I let Jas know my eyebrow difficulties and she took her time even had me sit up half way through so she could make sure they were perfect:) I was so impressed I decided to try out a facial. Went in for a Brazilian. Very clean. Fast. Kind. She uses the strip and wax but it's ok just as fast clean and smelled good!! She used aloe Vera gel which smelled great and good for the skin after the waxing. And as a first timer she gave me a comp upset lip thread. Thank you. I will be returning as a regular !! read more

Lie about your business, it's definitely not a lie. Who places used wax strips between the clients legs instead of the trash can. Who doesn't instruct the client on what they're doing so they know what's happening. Yes it's in a closed area, however there is no roof covering so everyone in the building can hear your conversation, therefore the conversation isn't private. That's definitely not a lie. Now your just flat out rude. read more

Wow just wow! Jas is really good at what she does. I came in for my first time since moving to the area and was surprised at how nice my eyebrows came out. Initially I went into for upper lip threading and let me just say she took her time, made sure to get every little hair, and it was almost painless compared to other places I've been to. If you're looking for a great threading place in the Fontana/ Jurupa valley area, LOOK NO LONGER! This is by far the best place I've ever been threaded, I got eyebrow, lip and chin for 18 DOLLARS! The rest of the staff at this Fontana location lack every ounce of professionalism. I've recently had a change in phone number- for a reason. After I changed it, I asked the front desk to change/update it. They assured me they had. The next time I came in, it still had not been changed. Finally, the third and final time I come in, it is still not changed. The front desk moron is yelling from across the salon asking for my full name and phone number. What the hell? So everytime I come in I'm treated like an alien, because they can't find the appointment... The nail techs sit there running their mouths about clients. Also, im confused on what type of establishment this is. A nail salon or a halfway house? The owners/managers, and all the techs, come and go as they please. Sometimes the salon is open, sometimes it's closed- regardless of the appointment day and time. The last time I came in my total was $240. The time before that (2weeks prior) it was $290. The most I've ever spent in one appointment was $400! To be treated like an alien! Never again. What pushed me to write this long winded,anger-filled review? I called again this morning, and some little b*tch with an attitude answered the phone- at 9am.

I had an appointment for a pedicure and the lady hadn't even started and turned off my massage. Why is she so bothered by me using the massage chair when I'm paying $80! I understand turning it off when they are going to paint my nails (which I myself turn off because I don't want messy nails) but to turn it off before starting is so rude! I turned it back on because my back hurt from being pregnant and then she turned it off again! At this point I decided I wouldn't come back. I'm 6 months pregnant and can't do my own pedicures. I came to relax and use the massage chair but whoever did my nails was so rude and wouldn't let me use the feature. Absolutely ridiculous to have massage chairs and not allow your customer to use them. I also had $30 in rewards which they didn't let me use. They only let me use $15 and said if I wanted to use the entire $30 that I need to spend a minimum of $120. NOWHERE DOES IT STATE THAT IN THEIR REWARD PROGRAM!! I even asked the last time I came because I bought a new house and I am moving so I won't be close by and wanted to use my $30 reward and was told I could use it all at my next pedicure. The worker who took my payment refused to let me use my points and is such a liar. Shitty customer service. Very disappointed in how they lie and switch up the "reward rules" with zero notice to customers. I used to really enjoy coming here but after today no.

I love that Jas is very professional, helpful, skilled, experienced and that she takes very good care to ensure a clean and sanitary experience. She is very careful and gentle and I like the way my eyebrows turn out after threading. The location is convenient, and during the week is also a good time to get eyebrow threading done.
