I called to report having two items gone bad within the same week and they told me there was nothing they could do because it was from the frozen section. You just lost what was a loyal customer of a few decades for a $20 turkey that was absolutely bad on your part. Considering there are so many other grocery stores in the neighborhood, we won't have far to go.
