If I could I've give Beeton's 10 stars. Friendly, honest, dependable staff....great shop. The service and knowledge of the guys working there is beyond excellent. They care. They answer all questions and take time to listen to your needs. They suggest all options and give you comparisons on what can be done. The turn around time is exceptional. They know bikes. They get your bike in and out quick....but do not skimp on service. They know what they're doing when it comes to repairing, tuning , selling....everything to do with bikes. My bike is important to me and they understand that. The store has a great variety of bike things for sale from tubes to car carriers. They sell Jamis bikes, ebikes and always have a few used bikes. The prices are below most other bike shops. This is my go to place. I feel fortunate to have them in Niagara Falls....and close to the bike path too. read more

Friendly go-out-of-the-way service. I brought my high-end bike in after a ride around Lake Ontario, needing to have it disassembled, packed safely, and shipped back to MN. Though UPS didn't do pickups at their store, they went out of the way to bring it over to the store themselves (I was flying out early the next morning and couldn't do it myself), called me multiple times to ask about insurance, make sure I was comfortable with the rates, and then after delivery to make sure it got to my house. Traveling back from Canada into US, rear derailleur hook broke driving derailleur into spokes. Managed to get across Rainbow to Niagara and to Beeton's Cyclery. What an amazing group. In the past I've had great experiences at Beeton's. This last visit Dave took care of me. I should have waited for the guy who usually takes care of me, who was busy in the back room. Dave gave the impression he didn't care about my problem, and that I was bothering him. He did not answer any of my questions and just blew me off. I left Beeton's and went to Rick Cycle in buffalo where all my questions were answered and received top notch service. I spent the $450 that Beeton's obviously didn't want. read more

Professional, no pressure, reasonable prices. We were RV camping and sightseeing near Niagara Falls and I noticed my hybrid's tires needed replacing. We found Beeton's and asked if they could put on some new rubber so we could ride that afternoon. I discussed the cost of repairs vs just trading in my old bike for a new Jamis they carry. They were willing to work with me, but since I carry the bikes on a rack behind our motorhome, I just wasn't ready to see a new bike put through that abuse. No worries, they replaced my tires and gave it a minor tune up and we were on our way. Very helpful and would definitely do business with them in the future. read more

I went into the store this past summer and brought in two ancient Trek bikes from the early 1990's to be inspected and brought back to life. The guys there were awesome! (I think their names were Dave and Nick), and the other gentlemen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to about the bikes' issues and 'old times' in Niagara Falls. Both bikes were resurrected and performed like they did when they were new. Had to bring one the bikes back because something became loose and it was fixed on the spot! I've know Beeton's since I was 5 and that was 59 years ago...although ownership has changed over the years, it is till the best shop in the Falls. Now living in Miami, FL, I visited the Falls to see my mother and also brought my bike. Stopped in to buy a few items and explained that i knew this shop since I was a small boy and would pass it every day walking to school, marveling at the new and shiny Schwinns in the store window. He could not have been more kind and more accommodating by explaining how the shop had changed hands over the years and the changes that had been made to the shop. My purchase was minor, but what impressed me was the way they treated a couple that was biking in the area but needed some maintenance to one of the bikes. While effecting the repair, he answered all their questions about the local area and about their bikes. The couple were genuinely grateful and once the repair was made they thanked him and went on their merry way, promising to stop back on the way out of town. Don;t know if they ever did, but the level of customer service and customer satisfaction were top-notch.
