We tested three bikes and each decided on the same bike in two different colors. Booked our fitting with Tom, the master himself. Based on our schedule, everything went on time. A quick recap of the bikes, service plan, truck carrier installation and off we went. That night we were anxious to try our new bikes on the road and at a nearby park. Extremely happy with the professionalism, no pressure sales approach and patience when asking questions about the product.

If you value your machine, DO NOT take it to this place. I took my ATV there in July for an oil…read morechange and tune up. I was running fine when I took it there. When I went to pick it up the owner had a difficult time starting it. He said because it was sitting outside for a few days. When I got the machine home, it would not start at all. I contacted him that it would not start, and he said he was now busy and said I could bring it back in a couple of weeks. I took it back and he said there was bad gas in it (I had just put new non-ethanol in it). He said he had to drain the tank and clean the fuel lines, clean the carburetor, and put a new spark plug in it. I took the machine home, and it still would NOT start. I contacted him again ( he doesn't answer his phone, he only replies to text messages). Again, he said he was busy, and he'd get back to me when I could bring it in. I asked if he had some obligation to look at my machine since it's not running after 2 trips to his place. His response was, "Just because I touched it does not mean that I caused the problem." To the contrary, I got fed up with this guy's bull and took it to a very reputable dealer in the area. Their service department looked at the machine, and the next day called me and said the carburetor had been taken off but was not placed back into the machine properly which was the primary no start problem. They also said the spark plug was at least a couple of years old and was definitely NOT a new plug. When I told them who did the work, they said I was not the first person to bring a machine to them after 716 motorsports had "worked on it". 716 Motorsports charged me for a spark plug he never replaced and labor he had not provided. On the invoice he had charged me for a spark plug installation and testing. I my opinion, he is an incompetent mechanic, a liar and a thief. And the final word, he sent me a text on Sept. 26, 2 months after I first brought it in, asking me if I'd like to bring it back. HA HA, NEVER AGAIN!!!

The water was clean in some parts and not in others. There were a few large branches we had to avoid. We got a quick good lesson on kayaking before we went into the water; it was very helpful. Our kayaking journey was absolutely beautiful. We passed a whole lot of ducks. They really kept us entertained. We passed a cute park, went through some gorgeous neighborhoods. Overall, there were a lot of trees on the shore by the canal so it felt very serene. I would recommend kayaking here! :)

Joe was the person who helped me, mostly via email but also over the phone. He was excellent at keeping in touch and letting me know what was going on. The bike was shipped as promised on time and well crated. Friendly, helpful communication including a follow-up to make sure everything was received in good order. I had an good experience purchasing a motorcycle from Kustom Workz, and I do recommend them.

Liked the seat and went ahead and ordered the pillion adventure seat the next week during business hours. Wasn't even an hour later and I already had an e-mail saying the seat has shipped. Only regret is I should have ordered both seats at once to save on shipping but that's not the shop's problem--I wanted to make sure I liked the first seat before ordering the second so that's all on me. Overall excellent service and I will definitely be purchasing here again.
