In my experience the late fee policy is very clearly explained and clear from the beginning. The policy is even restated in every appointment reminder text that comes out, and you can cancel from that reminder by hitting one number. It is not that hard. So, if you are getting charged, maybe that is an issue on your end? They even waived one fee for me for an emergency because it had not happened before. The office is comfortable. And, my experience with my therapist has been great. She is easy to talk to and very helpful.

The premarital work we did with him 6 months prior to our big day made our day [and our relationship] that more special. By the time our wedding day rolled around Thomas knew us extremely well and was able to officiate the wedding with a level of comfort and professionalism that we will always look back on with awe. Thomas was amazing! The moment we met him (interviewing him) we knew he was the counselor for us. He is real, honest, and kind. We were looking for someone who could talk about real life issues and situations that might come up and Thomas always had a great example to help explain the best way to work through those issues. Our favorite quote from him is "This issue will always be existent in your marriage and it's how you communicate and work through it that will keep your marriage together and successful." Those words were so comforting because it isn't about changing someone, it's about loving them for who they are and how to work through issues. Every marriage will have issues and people are stubborn and stuck in their ways (especially us), and Thomas helps your recognize when those issues fester up and create a way to work through them. Thomas provides you with tools for a successful marriage, they are simple and help you communicate better with other, and honestly that's what it's all about... Communication!!!! Thomas will walk you through a detailed personality test called the Birkman Method. It's goal is to define leading behaviors and perform a personality assessment of an individual. At first we felt apprehensive, but when we sat down with him to go over the results we learned a LOT about ourselves and each other. Well I loved it! We learned so much and from time to time we reflect on our results when we are making decisions and working through issues. It really helps you understand who your partner is and why he/she is the way they are. You think you know now, but wait till you get your results, it's mind blowing!
