I was a little skeptical of this place being that it's right in the center of the touristy part of town, near the elevator. However, we ended up going back twice because the quality of the jamon was just so good.
The first time, we popped in for a jamon baguette sandwich after it caught our eye as we walked by. It was SO good. The bread was perfect and the meat was delicious. For only 7ish euros, it was a huge serving size too.
Then we went back for a quick snack including a jamon plate which featured a variety of cuts including chorizo, shoulder, lomo and more. We also got a beer and a glass of wine. The bread was delicious once again and the jamon was just amazing.
We sat outside and service was relaxed and friendly. We'd definitely return next time we're in Lisbon! read more
Lightly salty cold cuts that are tender with a meaty bite. I really enjoyed sitting down in their restaurant. We ordered a sampler, the Iberica salad, crystal bread, and salmorejo tomato soup. I really enjoyed the salad which had finely chopped ham mixed with fried onions, feta cheese, raisins and tomatoes in a balsamic glaze. The salmorejo was great too. Super creamy with a flavor similar to a gazpacho; and a generous portion of jamon on top too. read more
