I will say, the room was cold, or at least colder than I'd like when I'm going to have to undress. The bed did have some heating, so that was nice, tho my feet were cold mostly. At checkout, I was surprised when I was charged $95 instead of the $75 shown on the menu I had pointed to earlier. When I tried to ask about the price difference, the conversation became argumentative and she said she had worked very hard. Even though I was confused about the price, I still tipped $18, but she insisted that most customers tip $20. There was clearly a communication barrier, and I tried explaining that we seemed to be misunderstanding each other and that it might help to write down the service and price beforehand next time. Instead of resolving the situation, she eventually shooed me away while I was still trying to explain.
