I came here with some friends for Happy Hour and absolutely had a blast. We were there from 5 PM to…read more8:30 PM and did not feel rushed. Even after paying, the staff continued to make sure we had water and asked if we needed anything else. This small gesture meant a lot. Sufrat has a great happy hour menu that ends at 6 PM. I tried the Moroccan Mojito, which was so refreshing. To eat, we tried the Shawarma Sushi and $1 chicken wing. The Shawarma Sushi name can be a bit misleading. It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference. Overall, I felt so welcomed and definitely have to return for more chicken wings.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the live music created a really nice atmosphere…read more The food was mostly very good. We ordered the beef kabobs, which were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak was a major disappointment. We ordered it medium well, but it came out extremely overcooked, dry, and tough, with hard charred pieces on the outside. It was clear that steak is probably not their specialty. That said, we would still recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere, service, and many of the other menu items -- just skip the steaks.

What a truly awesome restaurant. Mediterranean is among my favorite foods and I have found some…read morewonderful places, but only one could be my favorite. I have noticed this one on Yelp, but because it is not near my home, I have not taken the opportunity to visit. However, tonight, I was going to be in the area and took the plunge and am I so happy that I did. Talk about a beautiful restaurant that is both welcoming and consistent with the theme of its food and add to that excellent service and the best kebabs and falafel. I have tasted since moving to Florida and you have a real winner here. The Baba Ganesh hummus and other dips are just wonderful. The pita is fresh. I really cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my meal here. So much so that despite the distance, I will certainly be returning. As a sidenote, I was hesitant when I saw the plaza that the restaurant was in, but think oasis in the desert. Once you walk in your in a world of wonderful food and service.

Both dishes came with 2 sides which were homemade deliciousness. We were later told the owner of the restaurant is the actual chef to ensure the food is authentic. For dessert we had baklava and a hot cheese dish I don't recall the name of and coffee. Everything was fingerlicking spectacular! Will def be coming back for more!

Located in the same building as another couple of favorite restaurants, I tried Takesh for dinner last night. It's near a few office parks and extended stay hotels so it's a gem for this area. When you step inside, it is a world away from the concrete plants and office & warehouse parks you expect. You can either sit at the bar or enjoy one of the tables inside. My recent visit, I sat at the bar to obtain some sustenance after a busy workday. I started with their purée lentil soup which was pretty flavorful. Their Muhammara also has a good mix of sweetness and heat. I even used it to add a little bit of extra seasoning to my chicken Kakob. Make sure to leave some space for their mango cheesecake. As other yelpers mentioned, prices are in line what you would expect in the nicer parts of town versus an industrial area. They also charge a 20 percent automatic gratuity and sell only filtered water (ie having to pay extra for each one.) These logistical issues are why I can't give it 5 stars.

I finally decided to give Takesh a try. Went there for lunch and dined in. The restaurant decor is…read moresimple and pretty. While I enjoyed my food and the refreshing mint lemonade, the price for the portion was not ideal. I ordered the Lamb Kabob lunch special, picture added. Lastly, the service was a bit slow and it wasn't busy. This was a bit hard to rate because as I stated, the food was tasty.
