I wash my car here regularly and only gave it a 4 bc it NEVER power dries meaning an arduous hand dry at the station. However, I recently sucked up something meaningful and called immediately after realizing it. I was told by the female attendant that I was SOL. (Nothing they could do.) When you car is dirty, the handy dandy car wash is the place to go...right!!? Yes you are right. Well I came across this place a year or so ago and was excited, but on several occasions my car is still dirty after the wash. Took one of my classic trucks here (1977) and since it didn't have much to clean there wasn't a problem but my white car struggles everytime. There has been at least three times recently I had to go back through and the dirt still didn't come off, so an employee came out and assisted me with wiping it down. It was very sweet of the employee but I was wondering why this keeps happening. I was going through once every two weeks depending on the weather and possibly more if I was traveling far. The bugs on the front just about stay on even after going through. It's very discouraging especially since I always get the Super. The positive is they do have free vacuums. They have a handicap area for the vacuums as well. Be careful when you pull the vacuum out before placing on your carpet as I have found gum on it before. They suck up what is needed so other than paying attention before placing on your carpet these are very nice vacuums. They also have a mat cleaner that you stick your mats through to be cleaned. They seem to work very well just beware it does not remove pet hair which I didn't expect. Just warning you. Now that covid is here they have placed hand sanitizer spray bottles at each station and buckets for clean and dirty cloths. All in all this is a decent place but I think for washing I have to try out places to get the clean look for my whole car. read more

The team at this location is great, they run and maintain this car wash very effectively. I've interacted with two different managers and both have been very pleasant and professional. I go to this car wash 5 days a week because I have a membership, which believe me is worth every penny especially during the winter season. This location definitely does have its busy times, but overall I've never had to wait long to wash or vacuum my car. Vacuums are free, drying towels are free for use, and the stations for washing floor mats are free for members. The workers do a really good job of keeping the area clean. They also constantly walk to all the stations to keep the bins for clean towels full and keep the bins for dirty towels empty. As many times as I've been to this car wash, I've never seen any of the stations out of order, which is impressive with the high volume of traffic each station experiences on a daily bases. With a perfect 20 out of 20 stars, I give this location an A+ rating. read more

When we first joined a couple of years ago this place was top-notch. Now the speed up the car wash and it doesn't clean, rinse and dry as it use too. Also, in the past the attendants were always keeping the vacuum areas filled with clean towels and most recently it is hit and miss with the vacuums working properly. Also, they use to put a pastic sleeve over the back wiper on SUVs, but now you have to ask them to do it and only if someone is outside. Our rear wiper was ripped off the back several months ago. We are very seriouly thinking of canceling our membership. read more

I have been a member since they opened. Last week, their machine cracked my windshield and it's been two weeks since I asked them to review their cameras and pay for the damage. I have called numerous times and the "District Manager" if there is one, doesn't know how to return phone calls. Don't expect any resolution if something happens to your car. Buyer beware. read more

I just had the cops called on me by the manager, Felicia. I will be cancelling my membership. i was here with my girlfriend cleaning out our cars in terrential rain. we needed the vacuums but it was raining too hard to leave the doors open...the rain was to stop in 15 minutes so I took my girlfriend to the pharmacy across the street - leaving my car behind (Which I now know is unjustifiable). when we come back, Felicia is waiting for me with a cop and has the audacity to tell me "this is not a parking lot". Little did she know (because she was inside hiding from the rain) i was one of their only customers of the day. by this time it stopped raining, but I could not bring myself to use this places services after the treatment I received. I am very unhappy with the managerial decision to call the cops on me in the pouring rain for leaving my car behind for 15 minutes. I will not be back. Felicia needs to learn customer service. read more

I like this service so far. I've had the monthly membership for 2 months. It's convenient, reliable thus far. Membership tied into license plate reader. I forgot I had temp tags when I enrolled initially. I went with my permanent tags and the gate wouldn't open. They quickly helped remedy my oversight. Not as good as a handwash, but close. More than adequate if time is of the essence. read more

I can't believe everyone doesn't rate this car wash 5 stars. I moved to the area at the end of 2020. I had to do my research on car washes because I'm super picky about where I take my truck. The staff is always extremely friendly, and my truck always comes out with a showroom shine. The Monthly Super Membership is by far worth it! The free vacuums and towels are also a plus. The price is good and I love the free vaccums, but the wash was just not very thorough. I paid for the super service and the car is still dirty. Most of the salt and dirt came off, but there's still visible stuff on the car, particularly on the front bumper and rear door. Bird shit and mud look barely touched. I think I'd go back if the car just needed a quick rinse, but not if it's got some real tough mess on it. read more

I was very happy with this the car wash, it did a nice job. I think that it's very functional and the vacuums are free they worked well. The area to clean the car is very clean and easy. Went on a Sunday which was busy I did not have to wait for a vacuum which was nice. I decided not to do the membership just because I don't go that often, but I would do it if I was washing my car every week.. it definitely would be a good deal. I don't think it's too expensive, some people think it is too expensive.. but I think that the quality that you get and the free vacuum is worth it. They also give you towels to use if you need them. Only improvement maybe would be the option of someone else to vacuum your car, if you're not able to do it for some reason. read more

For someone as lazy as I can be, this place makes it SUPER easy for me to keep my new car clean. I bought a membership after my first visit, and I go every 2-3 days to keep the car looking great. Pulling right around to the side of the building after the car wash to use the (free!) vacuums has also helped me keep my new carpets looking new! I have a new white car so I bought a membership and go every 3 days or so to get my money's worth; otherwise, it's a pretty expensive car wash. I would give 4-stars for Customer Service as the staff are all very friendly and professional. The actual car washing equipment only get's 3-stars. My car is white - dead bugs are always stuck on the front bumper - very irritating. Yet, the drying blower is so strong that my front license plate is bent every time. Additionally, I had the misfortune of using a dirty vacuum cleaner wand as the first pass on my cream colored seats left a black streak where I cleaned. Luckily, I had a Tide Stick with me so I was able to remove the black mark immediately. I learned the hard way to wipe the wands off with a clean wet clothe BEFORE I start vacuuming. Last week, while I was manually drying the car with microfiber rag, I noticed paint peeled off the hood and roof in several spots! I was livid and almost went to the management office to complain but I called the dealership instead. Paint should not peel off a two-year old car at a car wash. Regardless, it is evident that the car wash wore down my topcoat. Hence, I may be canceling my membership and go back to hand washing like I did back in the 20th century. :) Sucks - I really wanted to love this place because the staff is excellent! read more

I have a brand new Mazda CX-5 and in an effort to keep it looking clean, I purchased a monthly membership. In the last couple of weeks I have been through several times, the last time being just a few days ago. Today I noticed a series of scratches from the headlight to the taillight, on both sides of the vehicle. The scratches are not deep, but they are noticeable. Given that this is a BRAND new vehicle, I am extremely upset and frustrated. In an effort to remedy the situation, I went to the Auto Spa Express in Bel Air and spoke with Assistant Manager, Will. He and another associate came out and inspected the vehicle and clearly acknowledged the scratches. He immediately began to try and come up with excuses on how their equipment would not have caused scratching of this nature. He advised that they would be from the front to the back of the car if they were caused by the wash, I showed him that they clearly do span from headlight to taillight - not to mention at approximately the same height on either side. He did not have much of an explanation at this point and went as far as blaming the scratches on the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I can guarantee, without a doubt, that my vehicle did not have these scratches when I purchased it & most certainly did not have them until I became a member at this car wash. He said he would pass along my information to his management team, but that they would likely tell me the same thing. I am so beyond disappointed that my concerns were addressed in this manner. After reading other reviews, I am seeing others with the same exact complaints. Certainly not a coincidence. I really hope that they make right by this situation. A $25 car wash will now cost me much, much more to fix the damage that they have caused. read more
