Worse car wash I ever had. They are usually pretty good. If somethings wrong they fix it. Took my car there yesterday. 3 men spent about 5 minutes on it after it came out. Vacuum job was terrible. Crumbs all over the console and nothing wiped off. I asked to have it finished by the man that was working on it. He said " wtf yo " asked for manager, he wouldn't get one, had to go find him myself. Manager took it back to get slightly vacuumed again and wiped it off a little. Did nothing about the employee that was still yelling at me in front of him. Got a silver pkg for $22 and left $3 in tips for vacuum and $4 in tops for cleaning crew. Didnt even do the tire shine and wheel cleaning that was included but didn't notice until I got home. I'll never go there again. I'll continue to write reviews anywhere I can fine. You can't treat customers like this without consequences. read more

I have taken two cars through there in the past month, and both vehicles have had hairline scratches on the right side of the vehicle requiring me to get it buffed out. Seemed like a good place to go for a basic car wash. Just finished driving 3 hours through a snowstorm the night before and I had tons of salt on my car. I assumed this was fully automated but you have to park and let somebody else drive your car through the washer. The hand drying after was a nice touch. You can watch your car as it goes through the process, not even halfway through I noticed my front plate was bent forwards 90 degrees. When I asked the person at the cashier if I could be compensated for it at all she said she would get the manager, whos solution was just to bend it back. I mean I guess? Metal can only be bent back and forth so much before it snaps, and as you can see its nowhere near flush anymore. Its not like my bumper fell off or anything, and its not a HUGE deal. But I get the feeling if it was the case I feel like they'd offer to ziptie my bumper back on and say "good as new". My car is not lowered or anything so I dont see how it could be bent up so badly. Needless to say Ill drive a few extra minutes to another wash next time. read more

Have never had any issues taking my car here for car washes. Nothing fancy. In fact the waiting areas are pretty sad and run down. Service is okay. People are typically friendly, but front counter can be a bit slow. Don't bother paying for the more expensive "Plus" packages. I've never been able to tell the difference between them. They all seem to be the same quick, average cleaning. read more

I come here multiple times per month. The quality of care does vary, but the majority of the time it is exceptional.

Ok at best. They barely clean the interior. I always find myself cleaning the dash and center console once I get home. They pay little attention to the wheels too. I'm not expecting a detailed job, but the majority of the brake dust is easy to remove. I shouldn't have to clean that off when I get home if I pay for the higher package. I wouldn't pay for platinum plus again. I would go for a quick wash and vacuum and not expect much more than that. read more

I come maybe two or 3 times a year and everyone is always very friendly. The quality of cleanliness varies from visit to visit, but I am always thankful to not have to vacuum my own car. This past satirday however was my first experience with someone smoking while simultaneously cleaning my car. As a non smoker that is really gross and disrespectful. I noticed that the side of my car he was supposed to be cleaning wasn't as clean as the other side where another guy was cleaning. Wish I had their names because the one was very thorough and even went and grabbed a new rag to clean up lint left behind by the rags on windows. So whoever you were thank you! read more

I come to this car wash all the time and always get platinum plus . In 2015 they have some great worker Eric ,Mike ,August, Brandon . I made a point of getting their names and twice I had to go to the owner John for rude service and seems the new guys are not customer service friendly . It appears they are preoccupied with other stuff dates and relationship and personal lifes of customers . example he gay,she ,fat , he looks like a geek . Our money is paying for your salary. John the owner you better check this stuff out before you have know customers at all . I just had my windows tinted and not a great job I going to have to take it back window in the back all bubbled and side bubbles . It was 160.00 tip gave 175.00 remainder for tip . Rainbow Car Wash replaced my husband's windshield wiper blade and arm for him. Initially, there seemed to be some confusion by Rainbow Car Wash. They ordered the wrong arm, however, after several weeks had passed, they did get the right wiper blade arm for him and placed it on our vehicle. The car is cleaner than it was. I had to direct the window cleaning, and they still missed wiping off the interior of the moon roof. I also had to move the car off the line - I don't know for sure if the conveyor will sense a car stopped at the end, but why take the chance? When they finished wiping it down, they walked away from it, never said anything to me. And left a spray bottle on the passenger seat. The brushes in the wash had icicles on them and the man in charge refused to stop the track and rinse off the brushes before my vehicle went through. Small scratches appeared on it afterward. He said I shouldn't go to the car wash when it's cold if I didn't want my car to get scratched. I've never seen such poor quality control, and if it was my family vehicle I would have requested my paint job repaired. Not to mention, their prices are ridiculously high for a lousy wash. I am a customer of the Rainbow locations in Dundalk and Edgewood and I have seen their thorough service decline in the last 6 months. I usually get the Gold service which includes inside, outside cleaning, wax, tire cleaning, and an air freshener. If I'm paying $22 (without tip) my seats should be vacuumed, mats should be dry, glass should be clean and without suction cup marks, anything stuck to the seats (I have a 5 year old and a newborn) it should be cleaned off. Unfortunately the last two times I've gone to Rainbow, I've had to come home and do all these things myself. Needless to say I will not be returning and am looking forward to finding another car wash that will provide the type of thorough service Rainbow used to. read more
