Of all the wedding places I've been to all over Metairie and NOLA, this place was the most disappointing. They didn't even offer refreshments and the appointment felt rushed. If you go, be prepared to pay for street parking!! Bride tip, why bother buying dresses from this place when all the other bridal stores in the area carry the same dress/designers for less the price and will give you a better experience. Don't waste your time on this place. Also, they charge you $100 before your appointment just to book where most places only charges you if you don't show. AVOID THIS PLACE. I took it to Ms. Gerry to piece together but the top was made of cellophane paper (thinking gift wrapping paper)! Ms. Gerry explained why she couldn't sew this to the sequined skirt. She recommended a store to go buy new fabric so she could build me a new top to the dress. She created a whole new top along the lines as the orginal dress' pattern. It looked amazing and she did it with a tight turnaround time. She was communicative throughout and delivered a dress that was incredible. I would not hesitate to have Ms. Gerry fix any of my clothing and ask her to make me further pieces. Her work is impeccable and her care shows through in her customer service and end product. Ms. Anna's process of trying the garment on and measuring/pinning is super quick and efficient. She told me that the dress would be ready in 2 days (and even accommodated me as a squeeze-in client because she and her family were gearing up to travel back home for a couple of weeks in 3 days). I was very grateful! She gave me a prompt call to confirm that the dress was ready, and I scooped it up and loved the length. She even steamed the dress for me (because as with most online orders, it arrived in a bag super wrinkled). I got so many compliments on the dress, and I believe the petite-girl alteration was the perfect touch for my look!

I even created an on-line account so I could shop the on-line store. I didn't even find shoes. NO SHOES!?! What is the world coming to? So eff that. I'm not even going to look at your stupid online business if you don't have shoes. The shoes you have in your brick and mortar stores are super cute. Can you tell how distraught I am?
