Old Fashioned, apple fritter, chocolate glazed, blueberry... All the rest have already been devoured!

This place is never a letdown. Donuts are always on point. I got there a little late today (11ish), but was still able to get a dozen of our favorites! Cream cheese filled, apple fritter, cinnamon braid, old fashioned, etc.... I was in and out in a jiffy! If you want more choices, better arrive earlier!

On a road trip that is NOT going according to plan. Yesterday the car died and this morning the hotel lost power. We needed breakfast, so we walked to the Belair Donuts near the hotel. Where we learned that the whole block was out of power, but they still had their donuts and all... I'm not proud, and my pancreas may never forgive me, but I regret nothing. I was thinking that a donut would be nice. And then I saw the maple bacon twist, so I ordered it. And then my Bride asked "is that an apple fritter?" and the nice young lady behind the counter said "yes, and we also have PEACH!" So we ordered one of those. And then she pointed out the pistachio donut, so I *had* to order that. And then my Bride saw the crème brûlée donut and that completed the order. We paid in cash- I got complimented on my old school coin purse- and repaired to the picnic table outside, where we split each of our treasures in half. And then we ate them all, like the feral little goblins we are. The pistachio donut was not particularly pistachio-y, but was a good frosted donut and had adorable autumn-themed sprinkles on it. The peach fritter was delicious- exactly what I imagined it would taste like. The maple bacon twist was a textbook example of the style, and could only have been improved by putting the maple and bacon toppings on an eclair instead of a cake. (Hint, hint.) The star of the meal was the crème brûlée donut. One of the young ladies piped it full of cream right before she packed it, so it didn't have time to get soggy. Epic donut filled with delicious cream- not some custard goo - and topped with a burnt sugar crust. I will never come back to Augusta without going back to Belair Donuts, and will honestly consider making any trip south from Virginia pass through here just to stop and get another one of those. And as we finished our feast, the lights came back on. Never underestimate the power of great donuts! Literally the best $11.88 (tax included) we've spent this month. (Military discount is available from this veteran-owned business.) We're looking forward to going back tomorrow to see how the kolaches and breakfast burritos are! And to see if they have any more crème brûlée donuts... Edited to add: Breakfast today was sausage, egg and cheese burritos in jalapeño wraps, and we split a cheese kolache and a crème brûlée donut with pumpkin cream cheese filling (small upcharge). Which is actually pumpkin and cream cheese, not just pumpkin spice flavored. 10/10, no notes. The kolache reminds me of my babcia's cooking, and the burritos were plump, hot, and delicious. $17.46 for the whole thing! Tomorrow morning we'll get the bacon egg and cheese, just to round out the collection. Final edit. Bacon egg and cheese burritos were delicious, but I honestly think I liked the overall flavour of the sausage one better. The cream cheese puff (we added the pumpkin cream cheese filling to this one, too!) was remarkable! It has cream cheese in the end opposite the filling hole, so if you're sharing like we did, cut it lengthwise. Which we did! (The little donut voice in my head ftw!) Looking forward to going home, so our next visit comes that much sooner!

Desserts are always tricky. Too sweet and you can't consume too much without getting sick to your stomach. Not sweet enough and well, what's the point? This on the other hand? Just sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth without giving you 50 cavities. Thoroughly enjoyed everything we've had! Will absolutely order again.

Came here on a whim after seeing pictures and reading others reviews, they did not disappoint! This is a great location and it's close to the highway, so it's not a big detour! Parking is plenty and there is a drive-thru if you're in a pinch. Inside there is plenty of seating and a public restroom. Staff was friendly and helped me pick out what to order. The lady who helped me, Ashley I think, said the earlier you come the better or at least before 8-9AM because they sell out of the specials really quickly. I got the blueberry, chocolate sprinkle, red velvet, maple, apple cinnamon, original and old fashioned They were all 100/10. Will be coming back again for sure!

The service here was great the young ladies inside were very kind and welcoming. I came to pick up some maple glazed donuts for a friend of mine and was suggested that I should get apple filling and two of them for her to try because it pairs well with the maple glaze, I hope she loves them. I also got some doggie donuts for my pups that were made by Paws and Claws pet Bakery out of Blythe Georgia. The vibe inside was very nice and content and warm the donuts smell great.

I used to drop by here all the time for their breakfast burrito. Despite the apparent change in business owner, years later the quality and service still remains the same! I'm always very satisfied with this establishment. They have a drive thru plus military discount, and doggy donuts.

To anyone who needs to order a bunch of donuts ahead of time, roll in, pick up your order and quickly swoop back out to the highway, this is your place. I'm often taking treats for work, and I love how easy it is to order online the day before, or call super early and place my order. The staff is always easy to work with and friendly. The location is perfect for me- I can usually get off I20, pickup the donuts and get back on the interstate in less than 10 minutes. Time and efficiency is important for me in my job, and I appreciate Belair donuts making my life easy. The recipients of the donuts LOVE THEM. They get so excited for Belair donuts all the way from Augusta! They always go for the apple fritters and cronuts first! I think they are all great options and typically do a box of cake donuts, glazed, and then the specialty. If you want something specific I'd absolutely suggest ordering ahead of time online. They close online orders the day before at 5PM, the window to order is 1PM to 5PM. If you miss the window, call EARLY the day you want your donuts, because they will sell out!

Just took a trip out because I was craving the "hole in one" donut. This place came very close to it but was super expensive! The donuts were delicious, don't get me wrong & well presented. We got a dozen and almost everything we got was a "specialty" and was an up charge. For a dozen we paid $25 because of the specialty's ... I took a picture to show the actual donuts. That being said place was cute had great options. I may come again depending if I was in the splurging mood.

I was staying at Fort Gordon for a few days and I asked my trusty friend Aaron for some recommendations and how right he was about Belair Donuts (BD) which was conveniently located about 10 minutes from Fort Gordon. Most of the travel time was getting off the installation. Donut worry, I'll get straight to the goods! I ordered the following: - 20 oz latte with only 2 shots of espresso (20oz normally has 3 shots, I like less coffee and more milk). It was perfect to wash down my treats. - Cinnamon Roll - it was HUGE (see pic, it was the width of the take out box), doughy and airy, lots of cinnamon, not overly sweet and perfectly glazed, not too thick, just enough to cover the delight! Red Velvet Cake donut - Again, so good. I basically devoured it in 3 bites. I know, impressive. I was about to eat it in 2, but wanted to savor it a little. Creme Brulée donut - One word. BRILLIANT! The best donut I've had in a long, long time. I mean, donuts are generally just great treats, but this one was WHOA! The kind that the owners might have actually thought long and hard on and then made several attempts to perfect it and have friends and family sample in their test kitchen. Crispy caramelized sugar bruléed on top. Filled upon request. It is intended to be filled with Creme Brulee flavored custard, but opted for regular custard as I thought the double Creme Brulee would have been too much, but maybe I should have tried that. I will have to next time, but the way this one was, just BRILLIANT! The best dang donut! I could just hear the crunch of the sugar crust crackling but drowned out by the mix of the doughy part. Yummmm..... Ok, all this was for me. My husband couldn't help, but donut worry, I spaced them out throughout the day and had one at every meal. They didn't go stale and was just as fresh as the ones eaten earlier in the day! I had the other half of the Cinnamon Roll the next morning and it was still delicious! - Service - There were 2 ladies working. One started my latte as the other lady helped me with my donuts. They were super nice and efficient! - COVID observations - *staff are wearing masks * seating is spaced out inside the shop * picnic tables outside on the side of building (they are the corner shop) They offer a military discount with presentation of valid ID which is never expected, but always appreciated. Thank you, BD! Note to self: Next time, try some of the other items that were recommended: Apple fritters, Bluberry donut and the Longjohns! Donut worry, be happy and stay safe, Friends!

I was in the area and saw that there was a little donut shop so I decided to stop. Upon walking in, there was initially only one worker and she was a bit overwhelmed. I did have a bit of a wait initially because she was assisting the customers at the drive-through window, but a gentleman came from the back to assist me. I ordered a half a dozen of cronut's because I've never had those before and a raspberry white chocolate mocha latte. The cronut's were very good! I love croissants so just making them donuts took them to the next level. My latte was absolutely delicious. I wish I had arrived a bit earlier because I really wanted to try their caramel bacon donuts. Next time I'm getting one of everything.

I stopped by here to get my husband and best friend some donuts. Naturally I got the creme brûlée because they usually run out. At $3 a pop, I expect it to be filled well, if not generously. They looked okay, but after I delivered one to my best friend and one to my husband, we all came to the conclusion that there was barely any filling. Not to mention the top tasted burnt and the donut didn't taste fresh. My husband called to voice our concerns because that's $9 right there, for *t-h-r-e-e* donuts. They wrote our names down for a new three. Why one star? Because the owner was incredibly rude and condescending. While they honored a new three, the owner pretty much called us liars. Apparently, his wife had filled the donuts for us on the day I picked it up, as we mentioned a description of who filled the donuts. The owner says, "either you or my wife is telling a story". Belair Donuts provided us with the the food fuel we needed to make it back to Atlanta after several days in Augusta. We stopped mid-morning on a Saturday and they were already either out or almost out of a lot of their items--which shows their popularity! I was able to snag the last kolache and my sister snagged their last bagel for her breakfast sandwich. If we had arrived any later we would have been disappointed if we didn't get our savory breakfast items. We also decided to get a couple blueberry donuts for the road, which we both devoured later. Their shop is not big and it doesn't have much atmosphere but they excel at their donuts and pastries. I also got a hazelnut latte with almond milk, which was tasty. The spicy sausage kolache I ordered had a sweet pastry wrapped around the delicious sausage. I was very good. My sister enjoyed her bagel breakfast sandwich as well. The blueberry donut was good but I imagine other ones like their red velvet would likely be better. Their other fancy options were all gone so maybe if you come early enough you have more options. They definitely get points for creativity with the "paint your cookie". This would be a dream for a kid to have a sweet treat and also be able to decorate it themselves by using the color sugar to "paint" the cookie. Overall a cool local spot and they also have a drive-through window if you know what you want to order and don't want to come inside to look around.

It was the attitude for me. Visited this place today at 11am for the first time. Drove 35 minutes to try these donuts. Walked in and all the shelves were absolutely empty. I was confused and asked the woman at the counter if the handful of donuts in only 2 flavors were it. She had a very snotty attitude and told me "shoulda came earlier". Make it make sense because I'm trying to figure out how your business hours are 0500-1300 and you have nothing but attitude at 11. Got plenty of nerve to act like it's my problem for not "showing up earlier". It didn't sit well with me. So I took my family and money elsewhere. read more

This is such a cute coffee and donut shop!! My hubby loves their coffee. I really enjoy their frozen mocha. We've tried different donuts but need to try them when they're fresh instead of near closing lol. I would highly recommend this place to get your coffee and treats fix. read more

We like their donuts alright but the biggest complaint is that they do not make enough and run out. Some of us aren't early birds up at the donut place at 5 am so when we come in at like 9, it's disappointing that there is never much left. People eat donuts later that 5-7 a.m. so they should make enough to last until they close at 1 pm. How are they even open that late with no selection of anything. What are they selling until 1?? read more

If there is anyone who doesn't mind consuming massive amounts of sugar in the morning, it's me. Donuts, cereal , I've even had cookies for breakfast once. Stop judging. So of course after I bookmarked this place, it's been on my radar. I love the feel of the place. As I entered I was greeted by two smiling faces. They asked if I'd been in before and if I wanted to try some samples. They even gave me a rundown of the donuts available and how they were prepared. I was impressed. After, mulling over my choices and there are several. I decided to get an Apple Fritter and glazed donut topped with icing and sprinkles. Oh and a coffee. The Apple Fritter was the size of my palm. Great apple filling. I had it with my coffee, which is a winning combo. The shop is located in plaza with plenty of parking and they have a drive-thru! Wow! I was happy to see that because they're located in a busy area and sometimes I want to be lazy. The inside has seating and hanging around to enjoy your donut seems to be encouraged. I'll be back, but I have to plan accordingly since Summer bodies are made in the Winter. Lol! Sike! This is my cheat day spot! read more

They have the best breakfast burritos, HANDS DOWN ! The staff is always kind and eager to serve. They are fast, sufficient, and highly considerate. It's my favorite place to go for breakfast. If you can , try their bacon wrap on honey wheat. As the juice drips down my hand as I consume it while driving to work , it makes the day more approachable! read more

It had been some years since I last came to this place. I remembered that they had a big selection of stuff. I decided to come back here this morning to get my mum the cinnamon roll janks they have. I was still feeling tired and lazy, so I went thru the drive thru this time. I was greeted by this nice, young lady who was nice and friendly. I decided I wanted to get something too, so I got one of the regular and spicy kolachi janks. I received my order fast. The kolachi were pretty good. Liked the sausage they used. At the moment, I can't remember what kind they were. I had them before. The breading around the sausage was very soft and good too. It was very pastry like. The cinnamon rolls were ok. They were more like a doughnut than an actual cinnamon rolls. Not bad though. Depending on what you get, the prices are reasonable too. This can be one of those hog heaven like places if someone is a big sweets and sugar person. Check it out for yourself and see what you may like. read more

I really wanted to give a great review, as I've had their doughnuts when a friend picked them up and they were great. Came in this morning at ten am. They were already almost sold out, which I thought was strange considering they're open until 1pm. We ordered the last chocolate doughnut, three red velvet, three apple doughnuts, and two apple fritters to take home to family. The ladies were friendly enough but I don't recall them wearing masks and it's still COVID-19 season. Then came the kicker, the lady who was boxing our doughnuts didn't bother to change her gloves after running another customers credit card, and proceeded to arrange our food in the box with the same pair of gloves on. Eww. This is a health hazard regardless of COVID-19. Debated not even eating the doughnuts that we paid almost $12 for. Decided to eat anyway rather throw away. Red velvet tasted like the chocolate, otherwise I couldn't tell much of a difference. The apple doughnut was good, but I've had better. Finally the Apple fritter was good but something just tasted off. Unfortunately I will not return as there are other dessert places to check out in the CSRA. read more

Just discover his little shop and I'm so glad I did. We had a variety of donuts, an apple fritter, and some sort of glazed croissant that were all delicious. Their ice coffee was as good or better than the National chains but without the wait. They have carry out and drive through at the moment. The young lady working there was extremely friendly and patient with us as we didn't actually have an idea of what we wanted when we went in. We didn't try any but they have hot breakfast sandwiches and kolachies too. read more

This place is fantastic! I just stopped in for the first time around 5:45 this morning and I'm glad I did. I got a Cheese Kalachi (sausage wrapped in a sweet dough) which was delicious. I also got a variety of donuts (clearly hand-made) and they were really, really good. The maple-bacon long john is a party in your mouth! I don't get donuts very often, especially since I used to go to a great little donut shop in Michigan (and I hadn't found anything here that could compare). I'd settle for Dunkin' now and then but their service is fair to poor, and the donuts are just subpar (not worth the calories, for sure). The coffee was very good as was the service. I'll definitely be returning and I hope you have the chance to tantalize your taste buds here as well! read more

This is a weekend treat! I have not been disappointed by anything I've tried. Cro-dos, cinnamon rolls, chocolate coconut, cream cheese pastries, cereal donuts, maple bacon long johns, bismarks... they're all fresh and soft but not sickenly sweet. My absolute favorites, though, have to be the apple fritters and creme brulee donuts. Their coffees are spectacular too! My one word of advice is to get your orders in early, because they sell out of certain items early. However, when they didn't have any of my creme brulee donuts, they offered to fill a donut with the cream for me... It was delicious too! read more

Great little strip mall donut shop serving up hot coffee and homemade donuts. From glazed and jelly filled to eclairs, you really can't go wrong! Prices are reasonable. The staff are always welcoming, too. read more

10/10 would HIGHLY recommend !!! Their donuts are beyond amazing. Always fresh and such a unique variety. My husband doesn't like donuts at all, unless they're from Belair Donuts. They've won over someone who open and otherwise hates donuts... that's how great they are !!! Also, their lattes are delicious, the croissants are golden and toasted for you (you can do with or with out butter), and the staff is always happy to help with recommendations from their menu. It feels like you're walking into your own family bake shop! read more

Since I like to find hidden gems everywhere I go, I had to try these donuts. They're not open in the afternoon so i had to rush their before 1p. The donuts I got to try were good but weren't out of this world. They were sold out of basically everything so I might have missed out on some good stuff. read more

I really want to like this shop! The people are so friendly and they offer military discount. Each time I have been, the donuts taste like baking soda and are cold to the touch. I would love to find a fresh warm donut. I have even been at 5:30am and it is the same each time. read more

The location is pretty convenient for me and the inside decor was more aesthetically pleasing than expected. Down to the nitty gritty. I love donuts. I despise Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme donuts, well, are just weird. I was really hoping this place would be in a whole different league, but I was sorely disappointed. I'm hoping it was the time of day or they were just having a bad day. There was either new staff or new equipment because the lady taking my card didn't know how to work the machine. I did come after breakfast rush, probably about 8:45, so maybe that was a factor. After going in and looking at the selection, I got 2 sprinkle donuts, because they were the least pathetic looking. I do not like apple fritters, otherwise I would have tried one based on other reviews. Maybe that was my mistake. The dough part was tasteless, the icing was thin and appeared to be too watery when applied to the donut. I'm not sure why others were saying the donuts were really sweet, because mine were the farthest thing from being excessively sweet (thinking along the sweetness lines of Krispy Kreme). The first one was so bad, I didn't even eat the second one. I have NEVER done that before. Even if I get stale donuts from DD, I can choke them down. I didn't even want to try with these. Summary: HUGE disappointment, waste of calories and time. I may go back to see if they were just having a bad day, but probably only if I'm with someone that suggests going there. Hands down the best donut shop! The shop itself is modest (decor is only OK and it can get a bit crowded), but the service is wonderful and the food is A+++! We usually start with a breakfast burrito--one each for the adults and the toddler and preschooler split one. Made from scratch with a sweet zing sauce, yum! Then we move on to donuts-- my husband always goes for the cake donuts, my favorite is the cro-do (croissant, fried and glazed like a donut, I refer to them as little clouds from heaven ), the kids love the classic frosted yeast donut with sprinkles. Oh and you have to try an apple fritter! We get one and all share-- they're huge! I didn't think I even liked fritters, but this place makes everything well. Give it a shot and be patient if they're busy. It's worth the wait! read more

after driving 50 miles for donuts several weeks ago to this establishment upon a customer review we went again this morning and what a wasted trip it turned out to be. this trip at 10 am there was only 1 cinnamon roll left according t0 the cashier.we wanted 4 but to no avail. like i said wasted trip.she tried to push other donuts on us but we drove there for only cinnamon rolls just lost a customer never comming back.aiken sc to jimmy dyess pky isnt worth the drive for no product and not giving the supposed grovetown a try .they were probably out of product as well not wasting another trip to either location read more

Visiting from out of town and our Air B&B owner highly recommended this place. Go early! There was still a fair amount of choices. Got a dozen donuts. They lasted the whole week we were there, but honestly had 1 donut every morning. Hey, it's vacation! The staff, owner was so nice and friendly. They even have doggie donuts. Delicious donuts!! I'm down the street at a hotel and figured I would give it a try. Glad I did! I bought an apple fritter, red velvet, maple bacon donuts, and a cro-do. I only had the apple fritter and it was MASSIVE and had lots of cinnamon and apple fillings! My family had the rest and they thoroughly enjoyed the donuts as well. They also offer a military discount which makes these donuts even more of a bargain. They're a mom and pop shop making donuts fresh everyday. I can appreciate the value they put in their products and their customer service. I'll be back to pay another visit before I leave. read more

EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. I paid $17 for 7 very average tasting donuts. I used to live right by voodoo donuts in Denver and paid less than that for donuts that tasted way better. Hit this spot on my way out of town after staying at a hotel around the corner. I had gotten there a bit later and they are clearly very popular because there wasn't much left!! (Not a bad thing!) I got a few of the donut croissants, I can't remember their name for them, and they were AWESOME! Reminds me of a Cheddars or California Dreamin' croissant but with more frosting. They were so good and I ate them all. What a tasty treat!!! read more

I personally didn't have any complaints, but I am curious what it would taste like with just a little more sauce, just to compare. The Birria Ravioli was impressive. Really flavorful and something different from the usual Italian menu items -- I'm glad I tried it.

I have been to Belair Donuts several times. The staff are always kind, happy and helpful. The owners are wonderful people of great character! The donuts and coffee are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Everything is fresh and made early in the morning (before most of us even wake up). The donut shop is always clean, and you simply cannot beat the pricing! You can call ahead if you have a large order. You can also use their drive through service if you are "on the run". I have had Dunkin Donuts (and other franchise donuts) before and did not like them. You can taste the freshness in every bite of these Belair Donuts! My personal favorite are the Bismarks or Longjohns, with all of that sugary, ooey gooey substance inside! One thing that I also appreciate about this business is that they favor our military; which says a lot to me. I will definitely be going back and recommend these donuts to everyone. Go try them out y'all!!! Heck, while you are there, buy a dozen donuts to take back home or surprise a friend with! read more

Best doughnuts I have ever had hands down! Always fresh and delicious! The apple fritters are the most amazing in the world. If you are getting some for the office, you better get extra so there is no fighting over them (and trust me there will be) There is nothing that I have tried that hasn't been fabulous, cro do's, bear claws, doughnut holes, doughnuts, cream cheese puffs, kalachis, bagels and much much more. The staff is wonderful and always smiling and helpful. It is nice to be able to go in somewhere (or drive through) where customer service is second to none and to have a smiling face and friendly attitude to greet you. Where do I even begin? I first tried Belair donuts at a wedding reception. I guess you could say it was love at first bite. I decided to visit them at the donut shop this morning. I was greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The whole bakery smelt like heaven. The lady up front knew about every donut and was so helpful! Their specialty pastries and donuts are the best I have ever tasted. So fresh! I cannot say enough good things about this place. I will most definitely be back and I will tell all of my friends!
