I always hate the cheese grater and scratchy sponge... not just here .. they all tickle to the point I hold in a squeal. But this is my issue... ticklish feet run in the family. Anyone there can mafe them look pretty but one certain guy does great for getting rid of ingrown toenails. He usually wears ball cap and I think his name is CC. He is very nice and gentle...and tries to be careful since he knows in ticklish. You can request certain people if you have a favorite. They are all good but for the health of my diabetic feet I pick him. This is inside Walmart so convenient... can pick up some groceries after.

Once I turned 55, I began going once a month as a way to help my circulation and general well-being. I noticed in my 50's that I was having more instances of lower back pain and tight knots in the shoulders that wouldn't work themselves out. When I began seeing Susan once a month, the shoulder tightness was greatly reduced and my lower back issues became less frequent. (She works the knots out, but over the next four weeks some of them come back before I see her again! Now that I see her regularly, the knots are not as many and not as bad.) I am sure that having a massage once a month has helped me avoid issues whereby I would need to see doctors and physical therapists. She is preventative medicine! Susan gives great deep tissue massages and always asks if there are any areas that I want her to focus on. She provides a quiet room with background instrumental music. I really enjoy the heated massage table and the pillow she puts under my ankles and knees for extra comfort while on the flat, padded table. Susan is very knowledgeable about the different muscles and therapeutic massage techniques. She's a very kind and calm person, just the kind of person you want as a massage therapist. After the massage, she gives you a bottle of water to help with your circulation and to facilitate the removal of toxins released during the massage. Susan's massages are wonderful and priced very fairly.
