Because we now live in a political climate where far too many people feel emboldened to act with blatant disrespect towards others and Steve, an Accounts Manager with Great Estates Landscaping, reflects that attitude in full. The level of rudeness and condescension I experienced, from him, wasn't just unprofessional, it was a clear example of how some individuals/organizations now feel justified in treating others with lack of respect even though you are paying them your hard-earned money.
