In less than 24 hours, the issue was resolved and resolved far greater than my expectation. Customer service went above and beyond and those words, sadly, are rarely used these days. I've been going to this store, regularly, for decades. I am guessing that most items are less expensive elsewhere but I'm paying for stellar customer service and that's worth it. And then there was Destiny......who is new to me. She works at the front desk and I would give her two stars if I could. She really needs to improve her attitude. I'm a customer who has been coming here for over two years on and off and have spent a good deal of money here - thousands of dollars of cedar for my 100+ year old home.
