I use a couple of favorite companies when placing internet orders. Neither is always the cheapest source, but both have excellent warranty (return) policies and both keep me totally informed from the instant I click "place order" until I have received that order. Beldon provide the same feeling of product warranty and delivery. I contacted them and explained a problem that involved a rotted second floor wall. Its repair required removal (and subsequent replacement) of a portion of the first floor roof. They sent out an inspector and after a detailed explanation of what would be done, I paid about a third of the estimated cost (by credit card). Within minutes of the inspectors departure, I received an email confirmation and on the save evening, a phone call at an hour that made me think they must have 24-7 manned phone banks. From that point on, I was constantly informed abut everything from expected delays for special materials orders and when they arrived, to work crew arrival and scheduling of the final inspection. At every step, I was in constant phone, email or face to face contact with a Beldon representative. Bottom line... their field representative listened to my desires and concerns and sold me just what I needed. Their in-house staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. Their work crews were fast and efficient and paid an unbelievable amount of attention to clean up afterwards. I started to rate these guys four stars instead of five. I know somebody is better at doing this than Beldon but my limited experiences have not allowed me to meet with them. With luck, I will never have to meet them or find fault with Beldon. So, the five rating stands and yes, I would recommend them to friends and family. read more

We received service and have lifetime warranty. We have been having issues with getting the warranty honored and have dealt with David at the local branch in Seattle and Dana Prescott who have stated that the warranty will not be honored. We requested to speak with the regional manager Stephen Browder regarding this. However David and Dana are stonewalling us and will not forward us to him or assist. We have been trying for a month now with no response. We are not happy and very unsatisfied as those two have been rude when dealing with them on the phone. We manage over 3000 homes and this is by far the worst service we have received and will be notifying all of our clients not to use this company. read more

This is a horrible company. Our association had service done by this company and had warranty and they will not honor the warranty stating that they will charge us to come out. Englert Leaf Guard installed oversized gutters at our home about 8 years ago. They were working swimmingly - no need to clean and plenty large enough for the volume and speed of our rain water. Then a big storm hit and the neighbor's tree limb broke off and shot straight for our gutters and roof. Limb shattered and roof was OK, but gutter was bonked out of place and stopped draining completely. Eugene from Leaf Guard came out to level it and cleaned up another gutter that was somewhat clogged. Thanks. read more

Surprisingly unprofessional, from the workers, the project managers, the secretary and the website. They won't take payment over the phone, you're forced to use their website or go to their office. The office is in the ghetto. The website won't tell you what your balance is, you have to enter it yourself. I wish I had looked more closely at the reviews, they are very low scores. A business without integrity should not be doing business. Customers expect more. Beldon has been aggressively pursuing me for payment after completing guarantee work that another roofer arranged for them to do. I have the e-mails to prove it and all they care about is sending me threatening letters. I'm a 20 year retired Navy veteran. We expect more in military city USA. read more

My parents have had their LeafGuard product for 20 years and now my husband and I are installing LeafGuard on our house. They have only had to have them come out to their house two times to clean out the gutters, at no charge. They were prompt and never left a mess. My Leafguard Gutter System is 7-years old and pass three years the gutters were clogged. Leafguard clear out the clog. However, this pass time (25 August 2017) the tech (Mr. Eugene Alexander) noticed that the connection between gutter and dowsprout was too small.
