Here's a breakdown of my experience: Kevin Plumb (Sales Representative) - 9/25/23 to 1/18/24 - Kevin was fired while handling my case, which led to my project being prematurely closed without my knowledge. - I attempted to contact **both Kevin and the office for months** with no response. Eventually, I had to reach out to their Austin office, which helped reconnect me with someone from their San Antonio office. - My case was reopened and reassigned to Jasmin after it had been improperly closed. - Kevin instigated fraudulent claims, promising greater insurance returns for non-fixable items. - He also promised interior roofing repairs for structural damage, which never materialized. Jasmyn (Project Manager) - Unreliable: She scheduled meetings but did not show up. - Poor communication: Would text saying she'd call back but never followed through. - Failed scheduling: Set up work appointments for crews that never arrived. - Team left materials outside my house for months, creating an eyesore. - Gutters were incorrectly installed under her supervision, requiring reinstallation along with fascia board replacement. - Dragged the project for 10 months without completing it. - Repeatedly claimed to have submitted insurance requests for missing items but never actually did. - Did complete work on my backyard shed, but overall, the project was heavily delayed. - Despite my proactive efforts, including weekly follow-ups, the project remained stalled. - Ultimately, she ghosted me. Paul Perez (New Production Manager) - I asked what it would take to make my project a priority so it could be finished in November 2024. His response: - "All 36 pending projects are a priority." - Then, he proceeded to ignore mine, closed it out prematurely again, and refunded me the balance instead of completing the work. - Sent yet another new employee to inspect my roof--at this point, every manager had sent someone new for another inspection, causing further delays. - Took an entire year to receive a refund for my overpayment. This company completely mismanaged my project from start to finish, with unprofessional staff, false promises, and severe delays. I had to fight for months to even get responses, and in the end, they failed to complete the work as promised. If you're considering hiring them, stay away unless you want to deal with unreliable reps, ghosting, and financial headaches.

And in dropping the heavy bundles of shingles on the roof I think they damaged them in the process. Several of the shingles installed had damage on the leading edges. When the old roof was being taken off a strip of metal fell down and hit my window. Fortunately it did not break it. In the process of removing the old roof the workers bent the metal flashing on my rain gutter on one of the inside corners. Several nails on the roof vent were not caulked. They gouged a hole in the side of my porch to install a portion of the roof. I had a strip of rain diverter at the edge of the roof where the a/c unit is that was not replaced and put back. I was told that no metal flashing was going to be used in the valley of the roof and after installation there is metal flashing exposed. They broke a branch on a bush in the front. There were several pink wrappers from the shingles left behind and twelve nails (and counting) I have picked up thus far. They left an oil stain in the driveway. Communication was non existent. And a day later is when they wanted to send a manager to do a walk through. I am still able to get up on the roof to find out what kind of poor workmanship was done. I can't imagine what other customers miss when they are not in a position to inspect their own roofs. One thing is true that the salesman told me when he initially came out. You never know what kind of work was done until years later when there is failure. I won't really know the quality of their workmanship until years later. With what is visible to me in their installation I wish I had gone with another company.

I appreciate his advice, his honesty and the patience he displayed with my continuing to text him with all my questions. I asked a local company in Fredericksburg if they would know if my insurance should pay for damage to my roof. I was told they didn't and I would need to get with my insurance on that. Well insurance had already denied me. Another company from out of town wanted to charge me $100,000 for a roof. I was about to give up when Liberty from HCPR left his card at my door. I almost didn't call because I was tired of dealing with roofing companies. That call changed everything. Liberty came out with one of the owners ,Tom. They looked at my roof and said they didn't understand why insurance didn't pay the claim. They fought for me to get the insurance to overturn their decision and they succeeded. They were able to get the insurance to pay for an entire new metal roof. I had a regular metal roof, but HCPR upgraded me to a standing seam roof which is one of the better roofs that is out there and is made to last. I had already completely given up, but they gave me hope. They truly care about people and only want to help. These guys are very knowledgeable and they know exactly what they're doing. They are honest and truthful with everything they tell you. I do not recommend anyone else if you're looking to get your roof replaced. This company is completely unique and no other roofing company compares to them or even comes close to their exceptional service and work. One of the other owners Marcus was around when the roof was getting installed and he went above and beyond to fix my side gate that was not latching properly. He offered a discounted price on his initial estimate as I got three estimates to compare. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable at first, even calling on the weekend to ask additional questions and seemed to really need the work. After work was started, it was only text communication. I don't believe he was qualified for either metal roof maintenance or leak repair. He never did identify the location or cause of the leak. He added so much white "sealant" where he thought would help. It did not match my roof, and peels off when it rains. I had to have him come out a few times because he missed lifted screws and the leak got even worse. He just kept adding more sealant to the same areas and to other areas of roof. He added screws where there shouldn't have been. He added metal sheeting and screwed it onto the chimney cap hoping that would stop the leak. This was not discussed beforehand. I found out after he sent me photos and I asked what that was. Not only did it look ridiculous, but the sheeting made so much noise with any wind; I immedaitely asked him to come out and remove it. A week later he did. When I contacted him again about roof leak getting worse. he did not respond. I contacted him once more mentioning it was still under warranty. He offered me a 50% refund. He claimed that the other 50% ($750) were for the materials - screws and (peeling) sealant. My roof looked awful with patches of white sealant in random places, additional screw/holes where there should not be, unnecessary screw holes on my chimney cap and roof leaking even worse than before.
