Absolutely the worst service ever.. Purchased a bouquet of flowers for a friends Birthday, and the lady asked for address and time I wanted delivered. I asked for them to be delivered early morning since Birthday person would be leaving.. It was 9:00am and still hadn't delivered, so I called and flower lady was delivering it to a completely different address.. Flowers were then delivered to correct address past 10:30 at which time nobody was home so they left flowers at front door, to which I'm hoping nobody walks by and takes them.. I called the flower shop and was hung up on by the same lady who took the order...! read more

Place my order for my lei ahead of time. I gave the lady the date and time to pick up the lei. When I went to go pick up the lei, the shop was closed. Who closes up shop at 12 noon?? Especially when you knew there was an order to be picked up at? I called multiple times and left messages. Nothing. When I finally got ahold of the lady the graduation was over with. I asked for a refund and she said no because she had already made it. This is not right!!!! She was the one who closed the shop. I arrived on time!!! Take accountability, lady!!! This little flower shop is right next to my house and I am happy to say it has been open for as long as I've lived in highland park, which is a long time. Frequently passing by I love all the fresh flowers they offer and recently my boyfriend went there to purchase from flowers for me and I was so happy to see that they were fresh and bright. I went to this flower shop to buy flowers for my mom's birthday. I purchased a dozen roses with baby's breath for $20 dollars. I thought it was a great price until I paid and saw the flowers. The owner seems very nice, but the quality of roses was an embarrassment. I support local businesses and this is why I came here, but I will never return again. The roses were wilted and in really bad shape. The owner said the roses were "dehydrated" and should be fine once placed in water, but it didn't happen. In the future I will drive to Vons or Trader Joe's for flowers. read more

Placed an order for my mother in laws memorial service and they never delivered my order. I only ordered one arrangement that was to be placed on the table around the urn. I didn't realize my order wasn't there til 1hr before the service was over. There was a similar flower arrangement at the service so my family was under the impression that was the arrangement we ordered. I called the flower shop and spoke with the lady whom I originally placed the order with. We had a hard time communicating because she barely spoke English. She had to get someone to translate. When I asked where my order was, they advised me that they didn't know where to deliver the arrangement. That was so odd, because I was looking at the receipt and the receipt clearly had the delivery address and I also attached a copy of the business card for the funeral home. I was also wondering why no one called us to find out the place if it was true "they didn't know where to deliver". They asked me if I still wanted the arrangement ? I told her it's too late they cannot have my arrangement delivered anymore because the funeral home was already closing. She kept telling me they will deliver. I repeated that we couldn't accept it anymore because the service was ending in 30min. She then told me to come back the next day to get my money back. I went to the flower shop 2 days in a row after and the shop was always close. I finally went on the 3rd day and talked to the owner. She gave me my money back but she told me that they delivered the arrangement that same night after we talked. I specially told her how cooks u deliver if you said you didn't know the place to deliver ? I also told her that we were at the funeral home til 9:45 making the final arrangements. This lady is a crook! She left us hanging! Thank goodness for a generous family who had flowers delivered to the memorial service. If they didn't get those flowers for us, we wouldn't have anything for the service. I will never come back to this place ! I would rather pay extra money and know that I will get the flowers I ordered delivered read more

The owner Catalina is very nice but her work is not I ask for a head crown for my 5 year old daughter. I ask for babybreath and mini light pink Roses. I come to receive my crown and she's barley finshing I see old frail hydrangea on the crown I ask we're are the mini roses I ask for she said I could not find them I thought to myself u could have called me. Then I see plastic fabric mini flowers all different colors wtf. The day of graduation hydrangea are falling apart every we're and then u see the glob of glue left behind wtf. Also the grown was to small even though I took her in to get measured before. No I will never comeback sorry. I think I should have took the first bad sign of this place when I walk in and they had me fill in my own receipt who does that. read more

If I could give this place a dozen negative stars it still would not be enough. Two weeks before Valentines day in preparation that we were not going to be in town we decided to give a small business in our community a shot. Bad Bad Bad idea! Upon entering the flower shop we were unimpressed with the miniature size store but yet as the saying goes good things come in small packages umm NOT IN THIS CASE. Despite our gut feeling we still placed an order in which I personally had to write in in a note book all of the information that the florist needed. I also specifically told them that if they had any questions regarding the order to please contact me and not the recipient of the flowers. When we paid for our order in cash the change we were given were rolled up quarters and loose change. Again, still giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are a small business. The Thursday before Valentines Day I dropped in and bought some balloons to be added to our order and they reassured me that everything was fine. Come Valentines Day we were out of town and my sons girlfriend called him to thank him for the flowers but that she knew they were going to be delivered because they called her first to ask her what she had ordered. Oh...and they forgot the balloons. I called them up to ask them why they had called the recipient of the flowers and that they also forgot the balloons keep in mind that i did not call them in an authoritative way I just wanted to know why they had called her even though they had me as a contact and the florist just stood quiet. Um...hello....anyone there? I asked her, well do you not have an explanation? Her response was and I quote in English because she said it in spanish " I am too busy right now to get on my knees and ask for your forgiveness". It wasn't until that very moment that I lost my head. I mean, really? That's how you respond to a paying customer? I admit I snapped and told her that I wasn't looking for her to get on her knees to beg for forgiveness but I was looking for her to take accountability at the fact that SHE SCREWED UP! What she did next was unbelievable...she actually hung up on me. So I called back and she hung up on me again. It was a good thing I was out of town because it took all of me not to go down there and give her a piece of my mind. So, I kept calling and told her to please not deliver the balloons that I would be there Monday morning to pick up my money and she hung up on me. Then thirty minutes later my sons girlfriend calls him to tell him that she got a separate delivery of balloons. The only thing I think the owner didn't want was to have a confrontation which I can agree on especially due to her mannerism. So Monday morning when I got into town I drove to the flower shop and it was closed. Then on Tuesday during my lunch break I went to the flower shop and asked to speak to the owner and it was when I had her face to face that I said, well, now you cant hang up on me I am here to see what you have to say. The owner said, that she subs out work during her busy time and therefore, it was another florist because she was too busy. She tried giving me an orchid to apologize but I made it clear that I wasn't there for a free item, I was there for the mere fact that her business needed to take accountability for the malice that was bestowed to her customers. I needed to be honest with her and told her that I am a nice person but someday the person on the end of the phone would probably not be so nice and cause them harm. Her response was, they have broken into her establishment several times and robbed them. I don't wish any harm to anyone but like I reiterate, the person on the other end of the phone or counter may not be as nice. So with all of this being said, DO NOT BUY from this florist and save yourself the grief. I guess it is true what they say, you get what you pay for. Shame on me for trying to be a part of supporting local small businesses. read more
