My elderly frail mother is on oxygen 24/7. She has to use portable oxygen to get to her doctor's appointments, radiation, and chemotherapy. She uses up her oxygen supplies quickly. I have to call them every month for refills and when I do, I am put on hold forever. Many times after a 30- 60 minute wait, someone will answer but then hang up! So, I have to call them back only to wait the same time again. Last week when I ordered her supplies, they were supposed to arrive that Thursday. The supplies were never delivered. Back on the phone to call and find out why the oxygen wasn't delivered and ask for it to be delivered ASAP. That call when as expected; it took 35 minutes to get through to be hung up on. I called back, and this time it was a 51-minute wait. Finally got through to find out they changed my mother's address back to a place she hasn't lived in for over 7 years! To get that fixed, it took over an hour! Supposedly she will get her oxygen this week. Please go with a different company! We are changing companies for sure!!!
