Great people! Nice salon. Went in to get a quick service for my nails. The host was super kind and helpful. He took me right in and assisted me. I appreciate the attentiveness. read more

DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm not normally a person to leave bad reviews.. but this place was just awful. They did an absolute horrible job doing a simple color change on my gel x nails. The nail tech tried to blame the shotty paint job on my nails, from trimming them down a centimeter. Lol Even though my nails were perfect after removing the prior color & trimming them down. If you know, you know - gel x nails are top tier- it's not molded nails like acrylic or dip powder-they go on perfect and remain perfect. They slapped on a blob of nail polish- instead of doing thin even coats. They offered to fix it for free- but if they can't do it right the first time I definitely don't want to waste my time sitting there for another 30+ minutes for the same result. I told them I did not want them to fix it & I would just like to leave. They refused to let me leave without paying-even though they offered to fix it for free. Charged 55$ for a color change ONLY. (Just removing polish and re-painting- no soaking the hands, no hand/arm massage-didn't offer me a drink-nothing else) DONT GO HERE!!!!! Drive a little further to iNails & Spa off 78 by dollar general. Wayyy better prices, BETTER service-done right the first time- & down to earth technicians. They can do everything & more!!! Lily & Joe are the absolute best. They do have a point systems as well for money off your service. They do get busy, but it is worth the wait, or even going back a little later. (Call ahead) I will continue to go to iNails & Spa for as long as they're open. Again, DO NOT GO TO MAJESTIC EVER. read more

I got dip nails with a tip. The same day my thumb broke from simply cleaning my straw. I went to go get it fixed at 11:00am. They told me to come back at three because they were busy. I could see that they weren't. I stayed and got it fixed almost immediately. Every day since then all my nails have cracked. I always have fake nails, and this has never happened to me. read more

The Great Pyramids. Taj Mahal. Machu Piccchu. Majestic Nail Bar. This is the nail salon to end all nail salons. Mecca. Let's get started: PROS: - As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by name - There's a massive bar to your left. - The process is SEAMLESS. You fill out a form indicating what you want and you know the price of everything ahead of time. - Massive selection of nail / dip colors - The nicest people that take so much pride in your work. - Parking is easy and I was able to get an appointment easily. - Pricing is very fair - I believe I paid ~32ish for a pedi and ~45 for a dip mani with nail extensions (not including tip, always make sure to tip well!) CONS: There are none. Zero. This is the best place I've ever gone. read more

Says it closes at 7pm. Got there at 6:25pm and they said they were already closed and couldn't take anymore people because they send all their techs home at 6:30. I see nowhere on the website where it says they take appointments until 6pm. There was also a dirty towel on the floor right when I walked in and I was trying to tell her and she immediately cut me off by saying they were closed. I then told her that most nail salons take customers in till the posted time and she just said she would let her manager know to put it on the website or yelp that they only take customers up until an hour before closing. This especially sucks because I drove 20 mins to this salon. Luckily I went to Lemon drop that was down the street and they took me in even tho they were closing within 30 minutes. I definitely will never go back to Majestic salon because I think it's very unprofessional to stop taking people in an hour before the posted closing time. I would totally understand if it was busy but it wasn't. read more

Don't waste your time coming here ! They can only do dip . No acrylic no designs . When they do French tip it's half of your nails. Spent almost 200 for something I didn't want and something they said would look similar to what my daughter ask her. They also followed her around and rushed her while she was looking for a color . She goes "are you done " they also charged her 5 extra dollars for nails they said were long which aren't long at all. Hire more skilled nail techs read more

As soon as I walked in the guy at the front said we don't do acrylic, only dip. I said yes that's fine. Then he proceeded to say they can't work on my nails because they are acrylic and they don't have anyone there that knows how to take them off because you can't soak them off??! First of all, my nails weren't acrylic, it was dip lol not sure where that assumption came from *cough cough* second, I've had acrylics before and you soak them off with the same process. I just didn't even bother, I can't force anyone to take my money. I find it funny that I've actually been to this location before with actual acrylics on and had no problems when I parked my BMW in front of the door. I've seen a couple of other reviews on here that they seem to not want to service African Americans and honestly I believe it after this experience. read more

Came her for a pedicure and it was ok. I just moved to Rockwall so I'm looking for my new nail spot and unfortunately this isn't the one. The salon is nice and all but too big and busy for my taste and definitely too pricy. I prefer smaller salons. The pedicure itself was good but not $60 good. Not sure why the prices are so high. I also had to wait about 15 mins after my appointment time to get started on. read more

I moved to Royse City a year ago and tried all the surrounding nail salons and this one was the best. I'm African American and I say this because I have read the comments from other African American women accusing this nail salon of being racist and this is not the case at all!!!!!!! I have been serviced by several different technicians and they were all so professional and kind. The manager Patrick always greets me when I walk through the door with a smile and once I'm seated they always offer me a drink and make sure I'm comfortable. My nails are always on point and the ladies I have referred all say the same. I absolutely love this nail salon!!!! Love it!!!!!! read more

The manager of this place is very rude, bully and unprofessional. Will never go that place again.

I came her for my birthday and it did not disappoint. My tech was so sweet and very thorough! (Unfortunately I can't remember if her name was Kayla or Karla.) The man who checked us in and gave us drinks was also so kind. He remembered our names so quickly, he was very attentive and made us feel at home. This is my go to nail place now! Thank you! read more

Absolutely amazing service as soon as you walk in. They were so welcoming. They have you wash your hands before the service. Which I love they are super clean. I came around Christmas so they gave me a gift card, lotion, and a cookie. Which is above and beyond for any buisness. They come around and check on you. They immediately asked if I wanted a drink. They timed my massage for my pedicure. Which I love because then you know you are getting a full service time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

By far the absolute experience of my life. I went in to get cat eye nails and was told the technician could do it. I was rushed to a seat. Well, he couldn't and was being taught how to while I watched in shock that he had no clue how to do my nails? I was lied to by "Doe" the front desk guy. He was so rude to me and dismissed completely that I was upset. Offered me nothing!!! I am still in shock. He gave me 6.00 off!! He is a money hungry liar! They charge crazy prices and do training on your nails. I will tell everyone that I know to never go here. I was there all afternoon and left with the worst experience. I don't give reviews. I have been to every single nail salon and I have never been treated so bad. I only went there because I was told that they did cat eye technique. All they want is your money and get you out the door. read more

For as long as I live in Rockwall- I will forever go here. Actually- pretty sure I will go here even when I do move away especially with the customer service provided today! Today, for the first time since they have opened, I was not 100% happy with my nails after having them done 3 days ago,.. I walk in, 45min before closing, hoping to just ask for a credit or a redo at a different time, and they sit me right away, insisting they correct the situation now instead of my willingness to wait for another time. Of course- the wonderful host offers a drink from their full bar and I happily accept my usual glass of champagne. A little past closing time- my nails are done, I am Happy and ready to make my next appointment! Thank you Kay for taking care of me and to #DO for being an amazing host and making sure I was happy and taken Care of!
