I was in & out within an hour. The ONLY thing I did not like was I asked for red nails which they came out red, but they picked it out. Meanwhile, the pedicure felt rushed and sloppy. The tech was using a battery-operated tool that kept dying, barely filed my feet, and even left some of the old gel polish on before painting over it. At that point, I just accepted it and figured I'd move on. But then I got to the counter, and they charged me $160. I was completely shocked.
