They were able to send out a couple of guys; They vacuumed the tiles of my house and also brought in several dehumidifiers, which were on for the next two weeks. The dehumidifiers got rid of the excess moisture in the air and on the surrounding tiles, and carpet. Then, a guy name Avi came with his moving crew, and they were really nice guys. They took a couple of days to wrap up all of our furniture and box all of our clothing from the closets in a very orderly fashion. All of our stuff was treated with respect and dignity, and they worked very fast. Then, we started working with a man named Dekel. He was very accommodating, a great listener and he was very patient listening to our story as to what happened with the flood. We had a couple of major events in our life, which happened shortly before the flood, and this is the last thing that we needed! Due to our home insurance acting very slowly on our claim, my husband and I had to sleep out in the living room on an air mattress for 2 months. However, the workers from Restoration 911 did everything that we asked them to do, including extra work that was not included with our claim, and they did so professionally and with no complaints. We even had a worker come on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They did not fuss working holidays and they worked with our ever fluctuating work schedules.
