Our turn to send our sincerest gratitude and appreciation to everyone on the Simi Valley Servpro team who went above and beyond with our travel trailer! They exceeded our expectations and took the most amazing care of our property and trailer. Our trailer was vandalized by the homeless and the damage and what they left behind was so distressing! To make matters worse, law enforcement cautioned us about the potential that they left Hepatitis C on everything they touched. They did terrible things in the bathroom. However, State Farm told the repair facility to just replace the toilet and assured us that once the repairs were completed, that they would pay to have the entire trailer, inside and out, sanitized. We have three small grandchildren and we were so concerned as to whether we could make the trailer safe again. SERVPRO TO THE RESCUE!!!! I want to mention that the first biz I called brushed me off and gave me every excuse as to why he didn't want to help. But when I called Alan at Servpro, he welcomed my call, assured me that he would take care of our trailer no matter how small the actual job would turn out to be and MAKE IT SAFE AGAIN FOR ALL OF US!!! There are not enough words to explain the level of professionalism and kindness we found when we arrived. Adam stayed late to receive our trailer and never made us feel rushed while he was assessing what needed to be done. And then when we came back to pick our"SPOTLESS, ALMOST NEW" trailer, Adam, Carolina, Janette and Lluvia were there to walk us through everything that they did to make our trailer perfect. The ladies spent a great deal of time with us while we sorted through the contents that needed to be discarded or kept. I cannot tell you how incredibly patient and kind they were with us. And then there was Jenny, whose communication with every step was complete and on point. She updated us daily and rescheduled our pick up appointment twice, as we had a medical emergency. She, too, treated us with kindness and understanding. So the bottom line here is, even when your insurance carrier recommends Servpro along with maybe two other recommendations, ignore the others and call Alan and Adam at Servpro Simi Valley. I am confident that you will be as grateful and happy as we are to have been lucky enough to find this amazing company!!! So thank you to all!!! read more

This review covers the Servpro team of Nadiya, Abraham, Juan, Alvaro, and Oscar. Nadiya was the claims manager. Abraham and Juan were project managers during the remediation. Abraham project managed the remediation starting with the date of the water damage (Thursday Mar 3) and set up the containment unit and started the demolition Monday Mar 7. Juan then managed the remediation from Tuesday Mar 8 (wrap up of demolition and packing cabinet items in boxes) until Friday Mar 11 (take down of the containment unit and reinstalling the washer/dryer with the help of the plumber). Both project managers were extremely professional, patient, and explained the situation and next steps as best they could as it was always dependent on the amount of water damage. They were very careful not to cause damage to the flooring/walls/unaffected cabinets, always wore booties, and wiped everything down with antimicrobial solution. They were excellent. Nadiya was extremely responsive: she provided daily email recaps summarizing the work done for the day, included a link to the photos that the team took each day, and promptly responded to text messages addressing all my logistic questions and concerns. After a water leak occurred in our house, SERVPRO of Simi Valley responded almost immediately. Their packout process when very well, it took seven full days. After having our drywall repaired, rooms repainted and new carpeting installed, the packback process proceeded without delay. All their people worked extremely well with us and helped in every way possible to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Joe the overall Manager was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the process, Berenice handled our account wonderfully and was on top of everything all the way through to completion. During the packback process we again had Carolina as the lead person to work with us. She works exceptionally well with everyone involved, she is a true jewel of a person. Everyone was professional, respectful and willing to go the extra mile to make this whole event as painless as they possibly could. If you are reading this I am sorry, it means something bad has happened. But I want to assure you that there is help to get things back together again. I had an emergency flood situation. I had never had a homeowners insurance claim (but have done construction) so thinking of the two together gave me some high anxiety. However, I had Servpro to help navigate and get my house back. I worked with David, Adrian and Nora. I had someone put the very same day of my catastrophe. The team was professional, extremely clean, polite and diligent about making sure that I understood what was happening and why. They answered each question patiently, even if I asked more than once. The documentation and interaction with my homeowners insurance was smooth due to their intervention. I only wish they also did the repair work! Last week, I found myself in a panic as I woke up to an inch of water covering the entire downstairs of my condo. On the recommendation of a friend, I called ServPro, and I am SO glad I did! The company was incredibly professional and more than a pleasure to work with. They arrived quickly - on Labor Day! - and told me, "You don't need to do anything else. You've done enough work already - we'll take it from here"...and they did! Servpro was great! I cant thank KAT and her crew enough! Crew took very good care of my home and furniture securing every single piece to prevent damage as i had insulation replaced in my attic from a fire damage. They moved all my furniture During work and placed it back to It's prime location when the job was completed with out me telling them were stuff goes. They were the so organized! Abraham & Julio are Pro's all the way, not only are they responsive and at-tentative to the customers needs but great communicators and very easy to talk to and work with. I could definitely say they made they process easier and less stressful. We used Servpro's services to clean up soot and odor damage in our attic from the woolsey fires. When Kat from ServPro scheduled services Julio and Abraham arrived 15 minutes prior to start time, wore shoe covers, demonstrated and walked the crew of work that was going to be performed in our home and introduced us every crew member that was going to working that day in our home. The water feed line for an upstairs toilet broke and was running for an unknown amount of time. There was significant water damage to carpeting, walls and ceilings on that floor and below. Servpro was at my house within hours to start the mitigation process, and worked for several days to dry and open up the structure to avoid any future mold issues. We had 19 fans, 3 dehumidifiers and 2 HEPA filtering devices running to at the peak of the effort. They were fastidiously clean, and made every effort to contain the dust and debris to only the area they were working in. They are now making the estimate for repairs, and I have every confidence they will do a 5-star job on that as well. read more

I recently had some water damage at my house due to a leak. There was quite a big amount of damage in my bedroom. I called Servpro and they were able to come help me out the next day. Their staff is amazing. They were so friendly and patient with all my questions. Situations like this are never fun, and their positive attitude made me feel like they were really on my side, as most companies just try to up sell and cheat the customer. Junior, Nora and the entire staff at ServPro were top notch!!! We came home from vacation and had a kitchen flood. The crew was here quickly, worked long and late to get everything wet out of the house so the drying process could begin.
