At the start she had an extensive spreadsheet already set up. We started with an initial consultation where she asked me many questions about what we wanted for our wedding. She was great because I didn't know all the answers in the beginning and she left those items open for us to discuss at a later time. Lyndsey then set up weekly meetings with me to check in on progress. These were the most helpful to me because it kept everything on track and it broke down the event planning into easy, manageable steps. She would send me task lists weekly. She was also an excellent resource for finding vendors in the area. She found an excellent, cost-effective videographer for the wedding that worked out well. Lyndsey was very flexible. I could give her tasks to do or I would take tasks that I really wanted to do on my own. I think one of the best things is that because Lyndsey is so organized and flexible with changes it allowed me to focus on the creative part of planning the wedding, which is what I really wanted to do. She then made sure to set the timeline and keep things moving along. Perhaps the best part of my experience with Lyndsey was the days before and the day of the wedding. She arrived a couple of days before the wedding and helped to settle details, which allowed me to spend time with my family and friends. The day of the wedding was the best. Lyndsey enlisted the help of her husband and they took care of everything! They took care of paying everyone who needed to be paid. They made sure things stayed on schedule. As with any event, the best plans can sometimes not turn out, Lyndsey made it happen. For example, I learned weeks after the wedding that there was some miscommunication with the caterer about the time the event ended, even though I had clearly told her. I never knew about it the day of the event. Lyndsey took care of everything. I spent the day of our wedding so happy and so in the moment. I enjoyed every minute of that day. There is a funny story from our wedding. The best man, the DJ, and the priest were so impressed with how well organized everything was that they made comments during their homily, the best man's toast, and before one of our dances. That is a big compliment to Lyndsey and all her hard work to make the day go so well and be so memorable for my husband and I. We loved our wedding day!

Natane got to know us individually and we formed a fun partnership together that helped make the process and big day seamless and fun. Natane was present for all the important in person meetings like first site visit, picking our rentals items with CORT, the F&B tasting and more. Bridal Bliss has a great dashboard that helps keep everything organized which is great for when you need quick access to something and dont want to sort thru emails. Everything Natane planned was amazing but one to highlight is we wanted to create a custom menu art piece that we could hang in our home for years to come - Natane found a great artist and after a handful of revisions, it turned out perfect and beautiful! As we got closer to the wedding we faced some not so lovely behavior from our venue and Natane handled everything professionally and helped us feel at ease during this time. During wedding weekend, we truly felt stress free and supported by Natane and her team. It was hands down, the best decision we made concerning our wedding. Krista is extremely valuable. And for her level of experience and dedication, a wedding coordination package with her is very reasonably priced. As a couple who wanted everything to be personalized, Krista was a major help when we wrote our own ceremony and vows. She was also generous enough to allow us to use some of the decoration hardware she has collected over her years of coordinating. She was very detail-oriented. Even though we had planned everything down to the smallest detail, there were some things that Krista brought up that we hadn't thought about. Communication with her was reliable, quick and easy. We always felt supported, even during the crazy wedding season. Knowing that Krista was there was very comforting and allowed us to enjoy the wedding. Even though there were some hitches on the wedding day (such as realizing that I left my veil in the hotel room 5-minutes prior to the ceremony), Krista handled it flawlessly. I emailed her immediately as our wedding was less than two months away. We were also getting married on a Monday and hoped she would be able to accommodate this random day of the week. She was quick to reply and mentioned she has a teaching obligation on Mondays in San Francisco, but would try to see what she could work out. In the mean time we set up an initial meeting via Skype. At the time we were living in Washington DC. We were nervous at first, but Leslie's warmth set us at ease and it soon felt like we were chatting with an old friend. She explained her process and mentioned that she could help us customize our ceremony how ever we'd like. For us the ceremony is the most important part of any wedding day. We knew right away that Leslie was the one help us create something that we would remember for the rest of our lives. She emailed her guide/workbook for us to look over. It took us through the typical ceremony options, including all the necessary legal stuff plus special notations where we could customize and add fun bits. The guide was extremely helpful as we hadn't the foggiest idea of how the sequence of a ceremony should go. We took a few days to going over the workbook coming up with ideas and questions for our next meeting. At this point we were unsure of Leslie availability, but within a few days we got the green light!! Yay! In our second Skype meeting we went through the workbook, questions, and our ideas. We finally met with her in person the day before our wedding to go over final details. We didn't have a ceremony rehearsal so we met at this funky little spot for tea. It was a wonderful and calming experience for my husband and I to break away from the wedding guests and just relax and chat with her!! Leslie's presence is warm and inviting. Her delivery is soothing, and professional. It was so much more than "i do", and "kiss the bride". We were able to included a quote and poem from Dr Seuss, plus one of our favorite Led Zeppelin songs that was read by my husbands eldest sister. We had an afternoon ceremony that took place at Muir Beach Overlook on a breezy September day in front of 24 our closest family and friends. It really felt perfect...if "I do" say so myself. My husband's homecoming was pushed back about a dozen times over two days and she made last minute arrangements to ensure she was there, in the middle of the night, to take pictures.
