Had such a great time at Believe Music Hall! I came out to support my friend's JumpOff event and the whole experience was really fun. We did bottle service and enjoyed the vibe of a day party. I'm still not completely sure about the drink prices, but overall the venue itself was very spacious and laid out really well. There was plenty of room to move around without feeling overcrowded, which I appreciated. Definitely a cute event space for parties, performances, and nightlife events. Waited an hour + to go inside the venue and made us listen to a shitty riddim dj. Security groped me before going inside. Just Awful!

Not the worst concert venue I've been to, but certainly not the best either. Paid parking is next door and feels safe, the entry process was smooth and quick. The venue itself is an old church so it's a bit "different". VIP didn't seem like it was worth the money since the person guarding the rope upstairs was barely paying attention. Bar service was average, acoustically it wasn't amazing. Restrooms in VIP were not much better than regular. Meh. read more

The other night at Bonnie x clyde I have had issues here before but nothing like last night Security was hassling me the ENTIRE night about where to stand, how to tip the bartenders, how to dance, how to stand, if there was anything for them to say they were going to say it. At one point I'd say not even 4 songs into Bonnie x clydes set I went to the bathroom stumbled MAYBE two steps (I had no more than three beers) and had every security guard in the building LITERALLY dragging me out basically leaving the two girls came with (one them her 1st rave EVER!) stranded inside, I tried to explain to all of them I have a handicap and bad knees but they weren't having ANY of it, in fact I was absolutely sure I was called multiple names, such as fag***, ni****, I was put in cuffs (another first for me) because I guess security told law enforcement was an issue, and me being intoxicated (even tho it was only three beers again I RAELY DRINK) I wasn't in a position to argue so eventually my friends came out and obviously had no clue where I was But needless to say we were not impressed If I could give negative stars I would, I hope this place gets shut down or at minimum has a MASSIVE over haul, I have seen better staffing and security at the quad. Went to Mersiv before the new year and the moment we arrived around 10:30 PM, It was evident the show was oversold. Servers are always great, security is usually fairly polite, but they oversell the absolute shit out of every show that they can. The dance floor was packed by the time we we arrived. Given that this was at least three acts before the main, I knew we were doomed immediately. Some members of our group wanted to leave right after we walked in because they knew what was coming. The crowd was incredibly kind and friendly, but we were at the point where you could not move side to side without being in someone's space and we were not even moving our feet. I realize they have to make money, and I'm thankful that there is an electronic music scene in Atlanta, but they are burning out the core audience. **Nobody _wants_ to go to a show at believe. ** They dread it, I promise you. read more

Went for my first time to see Kai Wachi a couple weeks ago and it was a nice looking venue and the bathroom line wasn't ever "too bad." But... I paid $25 for a bottle of water. Deeply disappointed. I will not be going back to this specific venue if I could help it. read more

Went to a concert on a COLD Friday evening and was told to arrive at 6:30 for meet and greet however when we arrived we waited outside of the venue until about 7:30 in 40 degree weather. The line of people watched the workers come in and out the building "setting up" and ignoring us. They lit the fire and heat lamps about 10 minutes before we were rushed in to by some older lady behind the counter. Once inside we waited about 20 more minutes for the performer who barely spoke a word to us. Then the venue is strange altogether since it is in fact an old church and it was also museum bar not too long ago. The inside although very prett is basically standing room only although there are about 3 bars on the main level. Parking is $5 in the red lot and $10 in the other which makes absolutely no sense. The good news is they take cashapp since they probably won't have change for a $20. read more

Decent event space in the city! My husband and I have been here a couple times for events and I'm not reviewing the actual party (which was a lot of fun) but the Music Hall itself. It's an old church-looking building in a sketchy part of town but it serves it's purpose. Thoughts and Recommendations: - The venue doesn't have a large visible sign. We've only been here at night and honestly, if you've never been here you might pass it. It's the old brick building directly across the gas station. There may or may not be people lined up outside (depends on whether check-in is done in the back of the building). - Parking: There's usually the option to valet your car in the lot behind the venue. However, I recommend looking for street parking first or simply Ubering. And if you do park your car, DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR. - The space inside is large! It was a lot bigger than I expected. It's a little run down and smells like cigarettes. This is by no means a high-end venue/club.There's also a nice patio area if you need a breath of fresh air. My favorite venue in Atlanta! If you are looking for EDM or just a high energy party this is the place to be! With multiple environments inside a 100 year old church, you easily get lost and find new areas. This place consistently oversells tickets for big names, not a good time because you literally cannot move. Been to multiple big acts (illenium, diplo, gryffin) and it's the same. Long lines to get in (waited over an hour to get in several times, people cutting the huge line), poorly managed. Inside, people are literally standing with their backs pressed against the bar and watching the show because of how packed it is. Can't even dance, worse than a crowded subway. Avoid for anyone big no matter how much you want to see them. Smaller names are fine I guess because it is less crowded. read more

I came in with high expectations but was pretty disappointed. For a typical night club it's not bad, but compared to other mid-sized local venues like Ravine, Opera, or the Tabernacle, this place left more to be desired for the price of the tickets. I feel that the staff need to be better trained as they are rather dismissive, the sound quality felt inconsistent in different parts of the room, and the floor is angled awkwardly (not much to do about that). I love Believe, and have gone time and time again. I love the venue, the music, and have made so many memories there. But last night they did not let one of my best friends in for being "intoxicated". She was sober. She has a lisp. And they even questioned her on her birth control in her bag. They said she couldn't bring it in because they couldn't verify it was birth control. She told them she could take it back to the car, and the security guy said "you're not coming back your night is over". We tried talking to security and he just said there was nothing they could do. I've seen people in this venue doing drugs out in the open, selling drugs, being over served and falling over that they chose not to bat an eye over. This is a club where people are expected to be out partying and have a good time. But thru a brief screening in security check they decided my friend couldn't come in after driving from nearly 3 hours away and paying for her ticket. We ended up leaving and going to a different venue, shoveling more money out for tickets somewhere else. All this to say, Believe security needs to do better. I have a friend that is disabled and walks with bad balance, and I can't imagine what would've happened if I had taken someone like him here. read more

I was very impressed by the way management handled this issue and I was promptly refunded. I definitely trust my money with this establishment because I know management will protect its customers. As far as the bartender goes, definitely be aware of how much you are spending and take pictures of your receipts to document transactions. If a bartender does act inappropriately, rest assured that management will handle it promptly and professionally. Looking forward to attending Iris again! read more

Good venue just because they always have some big names come. But their waitress last night, can't remember her name but she was skinny with brown hair and had a mouse like face, she got mad because of something that the guy who had a section said, then proceeded to lie about us in order to get us out. And keep in mind I've been a bottle girl at a club for months so I know exactly how to run your tables at a club.
