I was told it was listed on their website, but let's be real...this is 2026--people are checking IG and TikTok, not websites. If you're promoting on social media, it needs to be accurate. We got there around 4:15 PM (happy hour starts at 4), and the place was empty--music wasn't even on yet. My party of four was seated right away, and we ordered drinks, food, and hookah. The lounge itself was beautiful--decked out in red and black with a really nice vibe. I had lemon drops and wings--both were actually really good. No complaints on the food or drink at all. But just know, the wings were not $5 since that special didn't apply that day. Now...the hookah experience? A complete mess. The hookah wasn't $5 either--it was $25 if I recall correctly. The hookah attendant recommended a flavor that was honestly not good at all. When we told her we didn't like it and asked to switch flavors (which we were willing to pay for), she tried to make us purchase a refill instead of simply fixing the issue. We asked to speak to a manager. She went to the back and spoke with someone who I later found out was the owner--but he never came out to address us. That alone didn't sit right with me. Instead, she came back, grabbed the hookah, and walked off. No explanation, no replacement--nothing. It felt like, "We won't charge you, but you're also not getting another one." We had to all pile up in one somewhat bigger, right next to the dj booth or spend another $200+ to sit in a section that would actually fit us. We ended up in a very high traffic area where at least 5 people had to stand the entire time. Issue #2: We were moved out of our section almost 20 minutes after we bought our last bottle (by a completely different server) because "another group was coming". There were several groups that had been there longer than us or about the same time as us and none of them were rushed out the way we were. One of the male servers grabbed all of our stuff and said we had to move. He only offered an alternative table after I asked where we would go when we still had drinks, hookah etc. even then he only offered us an outdoor space that only 3 of us could've sat at. Our group spent over $700 and got rushed out as if we weren't paying customers. He kept tapping my shoulder rushing me to move when I was gathering my group since everyone was confused. The experience could have been better for the amount we spent with them. FYI Parking is also $30 if you want to be near the entrance. Very unlikely that we'll return to this location even though we were really excited to check it out after seeing TikTok videos and reviews on the place.
