Despite this, I didn't immediately walk out the door, and still asked for the two 8x10 prints I wanted. With nothing else going on, he told me this would take half an hour, which is of course ridiculous for two photos. When I said absolutely not and proceeded to walk out, he said 'okay see you in half an hour then' ... just avoid the place. Dude is a total prick. 0/5 stars.

He can give as good as he gets... which brings us to the important issue (for me, anyway), quality of results and price. I had a very old (50 years or so) color portrait that has great personal value to our family. I brought this faded 11x14 inch photo in... the price was incredibly fair.... and the quality of the job first rate. Oh, he did it in time for Christmas - I brought it in a couple days ago! So, if you have difficulty dealing with an artist who seems to love his work and does great work, at that.... you might have to bite your tongue and remember "the customer isn't always right." But you will be pleased with the results... at least I was! But honestly, I will be back.

Just paid $56.27 for double matting - left my frame & picture so expected item to be framed…read moreproperly in the frame - instead the matting & item were hidden behind the original paper that came with the frame (apparently Brian charges $18 + tax to frame). If he had taken the time to frame the item for me, I would never have seen the shoddy workmanship of the matting - cut & paste work and !!!!! Never seen such poor matting in my life !! Please be advised that Brian's policy is not to make the customer happy, but not to issue refunds !!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! EXTREMELY disappointed in Brian's professional (?) workmanship. In future I'll shop at major chain stores. EXTREMELY a satisfied customer with Michaels Arts & Craft Store.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!…read more I would give them zero stars if i could. I asked for a simple print job on canvas, which took over two weeks to get back. When it did the colours werent just off - they were completely off because they didn't check the colorspace on the printer. I had specifically asked for their requirements to make sure this didn't happen. I took the same photo to another company and got it printed in a less than 24 hour turnaround and it came out perfectly. You can see a comparison photo where I got a normal copy printed elsewhere, vs their version which for some reason was all green and orange. I later tried a mail order service and they also sent a superior product in half the time - seriously, by mail, sight unseen, a better job than these guys did. Now they are refusing to pay a refund for a screw up that any competent print shop should have known how to fix in the first place. Well, it turns out they are first rate rip off artists. They offered me $50 in store credit - as though i would get anything printed there again.
