Like another previous reviewer had said, their car was trashed inside by the carelessness and ineptitude of the frat boy owners. When asked if they could do the job the owner became defensive as if I had offended him in some strange way. They scratch car interiors and exteriors without remorse. They lie to lure you inside their tiny showroom then trap you and refuse to resolve any damage they did to your car. Pay yourself to do a better job. Inferior detailing not elite!

I had a long day, work from 5 am to 6 pm, and was rushing out the door to the car at 4 am to make the 45 min drive to work. When I was getting on the freeway on-ramp, a car cut me off, and when I slammed on my brakes, my breakfast went everywhere. It was 4 something in the morning, and I had to get to work on time, so I just had to leave it. It quickly began to smell bad. I spent an hour on my break cleaning up the mess and couldn't get it all out. I searched yelp for car detail places, and when I saw the pictures, Finest Car Detail had fantastic looking pictures. I called, and a woman answered the phone. She did not have any appointments until Tuesday, it was Friday, so I went ahead and made an appointment. On Tuesday, I dropped the car with them around 8:30 am, and we spoke about prices and what exactly I wanted to be done. They called me around 11 am to let me know that the car was ready. When I met them, the car smelled wonderful, looked amazing, and had no trace of my mess left. I would highly recommend them; they have great customer service, excellent attention to detail, and take great care with their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
