I came in as a walk-in, today Saturday, Aug 23, 2025 and was asked to pay first (cash preferable) but I only had my card and my phone to pay with TAP. I was told it would be $5 extra since it wasn't CASH I agreed and ask to include a $5 dollar tip. The front desk (guy) said it is a $10 minimum tip. At that point I walked out. Their tipping policy is just ridiculous how can I reward someone for a service that I have not received. I'm sure this place is a scam. read more

Good real massage for an hour $50 you get hot stone treatment as well. I had a lot going on with my back as i slept wrong. as soon as i got home i cracked my whole arm felt really good. I paid for a one hour full body massage I told the lady I wanted my massage with medium pressure She decided to massage me with hard pressure like if she was massaging a man , as a woman our body tends to be more sensitive, I felt like she was putting a brick on my body , instead of helping me relax she made me want to go to a chiropractic after I left this place with a bad back ache super sore I lasted 3 days with soreness I called the next day to make them aware they left me really sore and I wasn't satisfied with there service , I spoke with Annie and she offered a massage again So when I went back to get a massage which was within the 3rd day Annie was the one to massage me and made me feel better I believe the massage people they have are not certified and just do massages with no experience I wouldn't go back And definitely not recommend!!! read more

Great price for one hour massage, massage by Cindy. She was good, did her best to help with my shoulder/ neck that got tweaked two days ago. It's not a spa experience or anything very nice. The beds aren't the comfiest and worn down, you can hear everything in the other rooms; especially when people are making weird noises It's like you get what you pay for. This place is ridiculous! They charge a $5 minimum to use your debit/credit card. Then once they're done with your service they DEMAND a minimum of $10 tip!! In that case just raise your prices because what if people only have the exact amount to pay. They demanded my boyfriend to put the tip on his card and still charged him a fee!! I won't rate it negative stars because I can't but they are super deceiving. Online they show a price you call they confirm the price once you show up they have a new price. They make you pay up front and force you to leave a higher tip than what you want to leave they usually want a $20 tip forced. The massage wasn't even good. I would highly recommend not to go here go anywhere else. They are just money hungry. I was hesitant to go to this place but tbh it has been the best FULL BODY deep tissue massage I've ever gotten. I've gone to other places and they only focus on your back and legs. This guy literally massaged me from head to toe and it was amazing. I had no issues with payments. I didn't mind paying upfront and they never asked me for tips. Before going, I had a migraine and coming out of there it was gone. I felt like a whole new person. No muscle tension, no migraine, felt lighter and like I could breathe and for $60 bucks. Horrible! If you usually give tip after a service do not come here. They forced me and my sister to tip at least 10 and would not take a $5 tip before the service was done. I've been here a total of 3 times. Each time the front desk person has been unwelcoming and pushed the higher massage, the one above the $20 one. My sister-in-law really likes this place because of their 1hr service for $19.99, so i accompany her when i can. If it weren't for her i wouldn't come here because the staff is so unwelcoming that i get extremely anxious. I just feel awkward walking in and them just staring at you especially cause it takes a moment for your eyes to adjust to the dark room. On my 1st visit, i went in with a burning shoulder and i left without it! I did the $20 massage, one hour that includes head/shoulder massage, foot soak and massage, and body massage. On my 2nd visit, my masseuse painfully rubbed in her knuckle(?) into the bottom of my foot. She also left a few bruises in my arms. When it was painful I asked her to be a bit softer and she went too soft. The shoulder rub did not remove the burning pain from my shoulder. On my 3rd visit my male masseuse was amazing! He had such soft hands, it made my arm and hands massage that much nicer. He was able to apply the correct amount of pressure on my body to get the kinks out without it being painful. He cracked my back and got my shoulder pain outta the way. As for the tip, I've never felt pressured to leave a tip or asked to leave more money. If they had a friendly receptionist I'd leave more stars and frequent this place more. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!! They tried to use dirty gloves on me... chick was blowing into them to reverse them. I told her "No! New gloves please." She got scared, went to the back and got a fresh pair. They reuse the plastic bags in the water tubs... my masseuse was talking to the other masseuse the entire time she was massaging me.. Overall, bad bad bad!!! When you walk in you will immediately notice the lack of bright lights in the lobby due to blue lighting so it makes for a calm environment. There's about four private booths and about four public stations outside in front of the private booths. You can pay with credit card, debit and of course cash is king. You can get a gift certificate if you want to gift a service. Once you pay, you will be lead to the station where you will be asked to laid down and roll up your pants in order to soak your feet in a tub of warm water while you get a body massage to relax your feet. Your body and head will be covered and then you will be massaged let the masseuse know if you don't want the hard intensity ask for soft please speak up. Once they massage your head and neck, shoulders hands and arms. You will hear latex gloves being put on by your attendant and you feel a tap on your feet to place your top of a pillow and your foot massage will begin. Lotion or cream is used on your feet and body. Once your feet have been massaged then you will be asked to flip around and put your head inside the hole of the massage bed/chair. After that your shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet will be massaged again. I do recommend this especially for those Sundays for simple pampering. read more

My mom and I have been coming here for a couple of years starting at $20 but had to tip them $5. We've been taking family from out of state. I came back again and now it's $30 plus we have to tip them $10 now. They hurt my aunts leg and they were rude to my cousin and I pressuring us to pay before the massage when 2 other males paid after their massage and left. We didn't want to tip them $10 for each person in my family and they followed us out the door until we crossed the street towards Marshall's.
