He did make my neck and arms from the back side but not the front side like most places, they used so much force to massage your neck, and that is what I wanted but I didn't get it. I was going to tip him $30, but took $5 back. Would I come back, probably not, for a dollar a minute, I can go to Green Leaf foot massage in Whittier or Ava foot massage and they're so much cheaper and better. And what is up with those Chinese music ? Is Cantonese and Mandarin songs, who wants to listen to them besides the workers, they need to change the music to something more relaxing with no voices, classical piano or waterfalls better. This time, however, a male therapist performed the massage, and he was extremely aggressive. I repeatedly told him that the pressure was too much. He would ease up briefly, then go right back to using excessive force. While my headache did go away, I lost a significant amount of hair during and after the massage. It has now been a week, and I am still losing hair. My scalp and temples are still sore from what felt more like a "massacre massage" than a relaxing treatment. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured. What should have been a therapeutic experience became a physically painful one that I am still dealing with a week later.
