Our experience with Italian food in Ireland was an unexpected plus over the 10 days that we were here. It took us a couple days to realize that Irish food, wild delicious, it's very heavy and was something that we were not totally interested in eating for multiple meals per day. As such, we started to seek out other options. We've had some good Italian food earlier in the week, so when somebody wanted noodles, this was the spot.
It's run by a very nice family, including a mom who took a liking to our boys. The pasta with meat sauce was quite lovely and our youngest got a second helping! My wife, when I shared a Caesar salad, as well as a special salad on the menu that included cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta. It was quite good!
Our other gentleman had a portobello mushroom sandwich, and some pizza. Both were very good.
We shared some tiramisu for dessert and it was absolutely delicious!
They got us served quickly and everybody was very friendly. It was another lovely spot to have lunch in Dublin! read more
